My body is ready!

I also got a much enjoyed surprise… I thought it was gonna be. 9 episode season with 3 arcs, so finding out that it’s 12 with 4 arcs is great!

What I spotted:
1. Tie Avenger back from the video game!

2. Looks like we might get a Krennic - Mon Mothma meeting at what looks like her daughter’s arranged marriage.

3. Saw Gerrera’s XWings and transport almost look to be leaving a rebel base with a dead rebel laying in the shot. His “terrorist” ways coming to a head here?

4. Is the yellow wheat/grass fields planet Dantooine? Are we gonna see the rebel outpost at Dantooine in action?!?

There were more but I’m forgetting them now

Whining about good music in a trailer just because it's a little different is like complaining that a hot chick got a little tattoo on her ankle.

Thanks for the video, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has probably written a few thousand pages of fanfic centered around being some unknown yet hotshot smuggler working for the alliance who finds himself in the enviable position of getting Mon Mothma the fuck out of Dodge when shit hits the fan and then spending 6 months or more on the run with just her and a cranky half-working droid that is't fit to lick R2-D2's wheels, only to find out it's not even a fucking droid - it's just some British dwarf who was in a costume, but that's what airlocks are for.  Anyways, I'm looking forward to adding on to my Mon Mothma canon with this next season of Andor.

The trailer shows it, but for those that don’t know what you’re looking at I will keep it spoiled.

Spoiler

I hope they go all the way and don’t hold anything back with the Ghorman massacre. It is pretty gruesome in legends. The massacre was a major inflection point for the rebellion and brings Mothma to the front of the stage.

Ok...I'm not scared to say it.  This is the best Star Wars ever.

It really is.

And they took Mon Mothma and made her one of my favorite SW characters ever.

And she and Luthen are my favorite SW characters since the 1980s.

Wow I hope we see that

Yep!

Spoiler

The Andor series in the Disney era has never shied away from brutality. If there is one story to highlight this type of evil that bolsters the SW rebellion, it’s this series and I think they can pull it off because of what they’ve already done previously. Cassian blatantly shooting guys point blank (the first episode of Andor set the tone well), the psychological horror of Bix having to listen to the sounds of the massacred Dizonites, even the Vader scene at the end of Rogue One, which is obviously connected to Andor, and so on. Showing the Ghorman massacre can really elevate this show to a new territory for SW, while also adding depth to the OT in particular.
