After 39 or 40 years of watching MLB it’s taken me 4 full years to get used to hard grounders up the middle being outs.  Now that I’ve finally gotten my mind around that a hard hit ground ball by a righty like that is never an out anymore, seemingly. Too bad no shift on.

Dude was lollipoping slow window blind hangers up there and you could tell Murph wanted something more flattened out.  
 

He took the pitcher’s bait eventually with poor results.
