what might be the next group targeted?"

Gays - Florida night club

Jews - Pittsburgh synagogue

Muslims - New Zealand, a few cases in the US too (one was mistakenly done on Sikhs)

Black Christians - South Carolina

so, who remains?  I'm thinking Latinos -- by a Nazi type who hates immigrants.

welp

Trump did this.

Stop with the bullshit silence Trumpkins.

Own it. Yell send them back at the next hate rally. Yell out stop the invasion.

Own what trump, and you, did.

Stop denying it and hiding behind your bullshit fears and blame on others.

Is this not what you want? It’s what trump promises to you.

^ Until the Ds in DC are willing to make lifetime enemies by standing up for what's right, it will not end. Until they're willing to go out there every day and spell out the evil that is the R party, it won't end.

White nationalists or white supremacists represent a much larger threat to the US than Muslim terrorism.  They may not surpass the 9/11 death count but they are slowly making people sympathetic to their ideas and causes.   That’s the real danger.

Just like the militia dipshits that ‘patrol’ the border, some fucking asshole trying to make a name for himself is gonna go around to these places where victims and families are and start asking for proof of citizenship.  Just wait for it

If you throw in the negligence of Puerto Rico and unarmed black men shot by police I’d say the white nationalists are up there in the body count numbers.

At least the Islamic terrorists don’t vote in a meaningful way in our elections.

It's the same as healthcare (like in that @Schooley tweet that you posted). Every time a crisis comes up, they mumble empty, meaningless platitudes repeated over and over. The R voters eat it up, and the Rs do exactly the opposite of what they claim they want to do.

It's like groundhog day.

Y’all are missing an opportunity here.  If inciting violence on Latinos is a sign of mental illness, as Trump and GOP leadership would have us believe, then they just tacitly admitted their President is mentally ill.  The shooter’s symptoms were nationalism and a hated of Hispanics.  If that means he’s mentally ill, what does that say about the man who inspired him?

This isn’t the first, nor will it be the last trump inspired hate crime. It’s just the worst so far.

Until that shitstain is removed from office and hauled off to prison this will continue.

It’s going to go on long after Trump is gone.

As long as there are complicit enablers available it will go on.  There is no shortage of enablers.

Somebody is gonna sandbag a Trump mouthpiece on one of the Sunday morning shows with some unattributed quote about harming Latinos and get asked if they think that’s a sign of mental illness.   The Trump lover will say yes, thinking they’ve shifted the paradigm from guns to mental health.  Then the quote will be revealed to be from Trump himself.  That person will have ostensibly called their President mentally ill and Trump will have no choice but to denounce them on Twitter.

This should be interesting.

Fuck Republicans.

I mean, is anyone surprised?  I'm sure this with a splash of "nows not the time for politics" will be the closest thing we get to an admission of guilt.

So, with the open carry law in effect this guy drove to the mall, got out of his car, took out his ak-47, started walking across the lot, walked in the door and started shooting.  Right up to the moment he pulled the trigger for the first person he killed he could not be challenged or questioned, could not be detained, needed no permit, was answerable to no authority ------- he was perfectly legal. Only in the United States of America does this happen with a regularity that boggles any sane person’s mind.

And the other thing. Where were the good guys with guns we were told would save the day?  How many people were legally carrying a concealed weapon in Texas at a Walmart?  More than one probably.

Saw a couple videos on twitter showing 2 bodies in the street. But it sounds like it was either gang violence or some kind of nightclub fight.

Breitbart was reporting the El Paso shooting as "gang violence" as well.

They’re all hiding in the Daily Texan thread about the shooting crying about CR posters, like they aren’t also and pretending like they give a shit and lying about mental health and saying it’s too soon to politicize the tragedy.

The usual bullshittery.

Catching up late on this story but I assume there must be seem damning info about this guys belief, if law enforcement is already using domestic terrorist terms.   Of course domestic terrorists have been the main terrorist threat we’ve faced over the last decade but most are unaware of that.

Last decade?  Try again.
