All this talk about culture.  I had initially taken it as integrating all the new players from rival teams, etc.

But then I realized we have had some cultural problems.  I think Lexi Sun, and to a lesser extent, Micayla White, were not ideal teammates or leaders, and we had some other problems, including disappointing setters and back row players.  That simply weren't up to the standard of the hitters.

And, did you hear the Eilliott quote about the key to championships being passing and DS?  WTF was that?  Really happy to hear it, though.

I'm thinking Morgan O'Brien.  She took us to another level and we went splat right back to disappointment the next year.  And she was only one.
