Ivan there. Unfortunately, and ridiculously, he's going to be sitting there a while because he might not go until the 2nd round because he's "too old".

What's the thoughts on Ivan's pick number. They invited him to be at the draft, so 1ß5 or 2nd round? His girlfriend's dress might have just got some teams attention.

I like getting a college age pitcher. Not sure I like a Boros client who spurned the Mets already. I hope it works out, dude has stuff.

Does UTenn really have enough draft prospects to justify having Chris Burke on the panel?, because he literally knows nothing about anyone else.

Switch to MLB Network and enjoy Vitello … or not.

The Mets never even offered him a contract.

They drafted him. Pretty sure they didn't draft him just to not sign him. Negotiations didn't work out, like aggy, pulled their offer.

They offered the minimum after the medical stuff to get another first round pick

No, they didn't have to offer him anything because...

Major League Baseball has since created a program by which the top 50 pitchers (ranked by an MLB scouting service) are protected from being shut out … if they submit to a pre-draft MRI exam, an action that mandates the drafting team to offer its pick at least 40 percent of the assigned slot figure (which was $4.74 million for Rocker). Rocker, like many invited to the initiative, didn’t participate in this voluntary program.

I bet Pittsburgh was thrilled Johnson was still available.

O’s network showed lots of clips of Johnson.  I actually thought they’d pick him #1 because of his UFB hitting and they could underslot him to push the money saved towards lower picks.

Pirates got a nice player.

Exactly. He had “minor” surgery and the Mets got scared. Not sure in that order

obviously the Rangers think his arm is just fine

The Rangers better hope he’s better than his Vandy teammate has been so far.

You were expecting him on the Rangers roster already?

Idk if he had multiple surgeries but one of them was last September

Rocker refused to get a physical.

Tried to edit.  He took a physical, the Mets had concerns and the issue was serious enough for the Mets to rescind pick and get a consolation 1st round pick this year.
