I'm down.   Bocci has been suspect at times.

subtract Kingham/Shugart you take your 4 best ptichers and get ready to get 27 outs out of them.  I don't think Bocci is one of those at this point.  he's exactly the type of guy TTech would light up.

I can only see Shugart and Kingham for one batter spot situations.

Sawyer could be the big wild card tomorrow.

really?

like to hear a bit more about that... is there a post-game presser or interview or something floating around?

I know that one hell of a line up is coming back in fucking tact manyana.

I'd like to hear his plans.

I don't think that their Rogaine advertisement of a coach would gain any advantages.. not many secrets at this point

The more I think about this, I might start Parker Joe Robinson. He's only thrown 28 innings this year so it's not like he isn't fresh.
Parker Joe Robinson throws strikes and had Tennessee Tech hitters baffled on Saturday.
I think Parker Joe Robinson could give us 3 or 4 innings as a starter.

Ive said this before but you’re one of the best contributors on this baseball board. Keep posting.

I miss talking ball with the old crew... something i have let slip away from my day to day that I am enjoying catching back up on.

Parker Joe Robinson (31 pitches on Saturday)

Sawyer (28 pitches on Saturday)

Fields (21 pitches on Saturday)

Kingham (95 pitches on Saturday)

Shugart (99 pitches on Sunday)

Henley (39 pitches on Sunday)

Everyone should be able to give us a couple innings tomorrow except Kingham and Shugart. Burning Henley today for 39 pitches wasn't ideal but we did save the pen.

Also of note, our pen didn't throw much at all last weekend.

Sawyer 15 pitches (2 appearances), Parker Joe Robinson 11 pitches, Mcguire 24 pitches (2 appearances).

We're probably going to need one of these guys to give us 40 or 50 pitches tomorrow.

So Arky plays at 6pm, UF plays at 7pm, and we play at...noon?  WTF, NCAA????

is there any chance that time is pushed back to mid-late afternoon if tech finishes off duke tonight?

me too.... I am not as anti shit talk as many here. I wish that all of our teams had a few key players with Kody's and Shugart's attitude.

Hager comes to mind on the football team

I enjoy when Kody plays pissed off.

I wish Beau Ridgeway didn’t suck this year.

I honestly forgot he existed. That's how bad he's been. And if Pierce starts O'Donnell tomorrow...

I just got home from the game
Great win! We let yesterday get away from us
I’m glad that dropped ball ruled catch didn’t come back to haunt us

For those at home watching
How did it look on TV?
Also what was attendance today?
Great crowd

The ERA isn't the issue. He's allowing 1.5 baserunners per inning and hasn't been in a spot like this.  For all the shit we gave Shugart this year, he performed quite well in Long Beach last year, which I'm sure helped him the last 2 starts.  That said, maybe he gets the start and comes through big time. I'll definitely be pulling for him. However, I like the idea of starting PJR.

Looked questionable, but Galindo said it was obviously a catch.  And Galindo is never wrong......except when he confuses purple hats with white baseballs /notracist.

I know Bryce Elder’s ERA and WHIP don’t look good in a matchup with these guys, but I’ve seen him deal against some solid bats. So maybe he could bridge a gap for us tomorrow. Unless he’s hurt and I just haven’t heard.
