See her sign language "thank you" at the end. She's deaf. Deaf people can feel the music, especially the bass. She tries to read his lips but he talks too fast, well that and ebonics.

“The debate over how to pronounce GIF, which stands for Graphics Interchange Format, re-emerged this week when Steve Wilhite, the inventor of the widely used Web illustration, declared it should be pronounced “jif,” like the brand of peanut butter, rather than with a hard G sound.”

Nope, not done.  The g in gif should be pronounced the same as the g in graphics.  Doing it differently is just stupid.

I would think the dude who invented the thing gets to determine how to pronounce it. He says J.

I've read it as jiff for 20+ years since I first encountered these images with transparent backgrounds that were sometimes annoying to put on my shitty websites.

Jay-pegs and jiffs mother fuckers

As long as you idiots don't pronounce pecan as "pee-can," I really don't care how you pronounce jiff.

My daughter waits tables here in North Carolina, and she had a customer tell her, "You must not be from the South if you don't know how to pronounce pee-can." She replied, "I am from Texas, where we know more about how to use pecans than anyone on Earth, and it's 'pecan', not 'pee-can'."

She was raised right, even if she doesn't know how to maximize tips.
