The F150 external temp sensor is really badly placed.  It's consistently significantly higher than the actual outside temp, particularly in the summer.

This is way off.
For most of Texas, there are only two seasons--about six months of summer, followed by six months of "not summer."

Yeah that’s more of a north Texas and really just north of DFW season chart. But it is pretty spot on for us up here.

Yup, I always say we have 2 seasons...hot and less hot.
