A piece of first place in the Pac-12 race is at stake Friday when the Washington Huskies visit the UCLA Bruins in a matchup of two of college football's breakout programs for the 2022 season. Kickoff from the Rose Bowl is set for 10:30 p.m. ET in the nationally televised contest. Washington (4-0, 1-0) is hoping to compete for its first Pac-12 title since 2018 as it rebuilds from a four-win campaign last year. UCLA (4-0, 1-0) hasn't won a conference title since the Pac-12 adopted a championship game in 2011 though it has twice reached the title game. The winner will grab a share of first place with USC (4-0, 2-0), which hosts Oregon State on Saturday.

The Huskies are 3-point favorites and the over/under for total points scored is 66 in the latest Washington vs. UCLA odds from Caesars Sportsbook.

Here now. Headed in shortly. Can already tell it'll be a bigger crowd. Probably not what it should be, but not as ugly as it has been

Good Luck!!!

I listened to Neuheisel today, and he said that UCLA has been giving away tickets and expect 50,000 or so.

It's a shame it's on a Friday night.  If I'm UCLA, I make free tickets available to every high school football player in the 5 counties.

Penix. (didn't he transfer from Indiana?)

Are there no right handed QBs in the state of Washington?  Seems like UW has had left handed QBs for the past 30 years.

Honestly Sam Acho is great. He was annoying paired with Lowell but I'm chalking that up to Lowell's aura of incompetence that he projects on anyone in his near vicinity.

Classy former Horn that's good at his job. Unlike his shithead brother.

I don’t get the hate.  He’s done more positive things with his life than 99% of the shitheads on here.  Is it because he has strong opinions that he isn’t afraid to share and that you don’t agree with?

No it's because I think he's a sellout douchebag that does little to support his alma mater.

Heh... you made me think for a bit - but the only ones I can recall are Mark Brunell and Brock Huard (yeah, that Brock Huard). Oh yeah, and Brock's nephew Sam (currently on the roster).

But most all UW QBs are named "Jake."

Maybe that's why Dylan Morris couldn't throw a spiral more than 10 yards?

Chip Kelly is a great offensive mind. Just a horrible program builder. When he gets canned, if Saban hires him as OC, Bama would wreck shop way more than they already do

I don't have anything against any P12 team but these games just make my dick recede into itself. USC/OSU last week looked like a high-school contest.
