There's nothing to compare to warm spring weekend in East Lafayette

Indiana is one of only a few states I’ve not visited, which doesn’t bother me. My little brother played in a world series tournament for 2 weeks in Lafayette once. When he came home, I asked him what Indiana was like.  “Dude, it’s nothing in every direction for as far as you can see. “ Okay, then.

I’m right there with you.

One thing I enjoy each cycle is seeing weird visit lists. This is the weirdest one I’ve seen so far.

Unlimited visits for athletes I expect to see more lists like this is the future. You’ll have these lower tier schools going rouge on nil

So when does Chris Stewart get processed out?  Gerry and co stated he may look at schools that are offering his brother who is a safety.

We look like we are swinging at all the elite talent at every position again this year.  I imagine we are going to take swings at Burroughs, Mack, Keys, Finley, Clay, Dixon-Wyatt.

As for RB, based on the offers to the top guys like Crowell, Cooper… I’m guessing it’s going to be a ridiculous NIL package and they will pair one of those two with a speed guy like KJ Edwards.  I’ve heard Osborne referred to being called 1B to those other two.  Him taking Texas off his OV list may indicate the direction the staff is going.  As much as position coaches play into decisions, I feel these elite recruitments come down to NIL and opportunity to see the field as the two biggest factors.  With Wisner and Baxter being JRs this year.  The RB room is wide open for a young guy to come in and be the guy.

I fully expect this to be another top 3 class and would not be surprised at all if we ended up with the #1 class again.  Programs get a small window to win titles.  We’re very close, I imagine Sark and the donor base are basically at the point where all the chips are either already in the pot or about to be.

Lets fucking go!

You would think that the most intensely religious and extremist state would be in the south, but surprisingly, it's Indiana.

And to be clear, Monterey's "Don't go" is not one of those "Don't go" that Austinites give to Californians, or that San Diegans give to everyone else.

Really. Don't go.

Worked up there the summer after my freshman year.  Little town called Bluffton, and had to drive to Indianapolis every other week or so.  Early in the summer before the corn comes up, you can see Indianapolis about 45 minutes before you get there.  Zero elevation change in the entire state, and look how long and straight all their highways are.  Just the most boring place I've ever been.

Harold Hill certainly thought so.

If you'd like to have a logical explanation
How I happened on this elegant syncopation,
I will say without a moment of hesitation
There is just one place
That can light my face.
Gary, Indiana,
Gary Indiana,
Not Louisiana, Paris, France, New York, or Rome, but--
Gary, Indiana,
Gary, Indiana,
Gary Indiana,
My home sweet home.

Sounds like Chad Scott’s first couple of calls were Crowell and Cooper. I’d take both of those guys over Osbourne as the number one back in the class. If you can land one and bring in a KJ Edward’s that’s a damn good class.

Gerry said Cooper runs mid 10s in the 100 at 6’1 - 6’2 210 lbs

Doesn't sound much different than Midland tbh. Or at least the Midland I remember, late 90s/early 2000s
