All those empty seats in the crowd shots of a 45K seat stadium....that is why you are 7th TCU.

They kept Tech from buying up their seats though...sort of.

Yeah, I mean, it was targeting by the letter of the rule but I don’t know what the defender is supposed to do.

How about spread his arms wide instead of crossing his forearms together "for the hit". If he wanted to disrupt the catch, right arm wide and use his left hand to try and strip on contact. When a football player's first inclination is to come in with the hit instead of proper tackling form, the risk of this penalty or a failed tackle is greatly increased.

IMO this situation isn't the same as a QB doing the very last moment, going-for-extra-yardage bitchass slide drop. A defender paying attention here could see what was developing. He went for the hit and paid the price.

There needs to be an amendment to QB slides that places the onus on bitchass QBs to make their drop sooner.

It was full at end of 1st half, but they have those massive lounges under each side that fans disappear into and don’t leave. Sure, they’re really nice, but they don’t belong in a stadium.  It’s stupid and detracts from what the experience is supposed to be.

40 second late flag

The big xii refs react like no others to fans screaming for a penalty and coaches running onto the field.

it sets up nice for us to have TCU eke out a win.  Then we go all gas no brakes first half against TCU without their top defender....call it 35 - 10 us at halftime, win 38 - 31.

Not really.  On the gomer game after a long time the ref caved to the fans wanting a grounding call.

Tech bowl hopes on life support

lol wut. They have Kansas and OU at home with a trip to ISU in between. They may be favored in all three depending on how OU plays down the stretch. This is a chalk L for them.

Sark lost to this dipshit.

Seems to me like you guys should use the money you have to vet and hire a good coach instead of a guy who just sat there and braided Saban's nuthairs

Yep. Who do they think they’re playing? Us?
