That’s a lie. No one has ever actually listened to caress of steel.

Fountain of Lamneth is a masterpiece, you heretic. 🥱

Dude. Bastille Day is supreme rock greatness. My daughter's band came damn close to a lift without any idea they were doing it. That's an all-timer for the Canadians. Lakeside Park? Come on. Rock crown jewels.

I was 10 years old listening to Kiss when my primo told my brother and me, "Kiss is for kids. Listen to this!" It was All the World's a Stage. The whole 2112 intro was awesome, but Lakeside Park stuck with me like bubble gum. They finally played it on the R40 tour. I felt like that 10-year old kid dropping the needle on the record. That record still gives me the feels. Bastille Day. 2112. Something for Nothing. In the End. Rush was always keeping it real. These Hosers are crown jewels.

Ready for tonight?

Last night, as shared in the concerts thread

All of 2112 and Moving Pictures in the second set for the first time on this tour.

Great show.

I wouldn't care if the rest of the set was comprised of ABBA and Def Leppard covers if I got to see them play all of 2112 and Moving Pictures. Dang.

It was so good.

Alex was especially crisp with his playing last night.

Anika is just crushing the most high pressure drumming gig ever.

Geddy was Geddy. It’s unreal what he is doing at 73.

Come on Sphere residency!

All of 2112 and Moving Pictures? Damn.... I'm jealous.

Texas Trifecta complete (Ft Worth, SA and H-town). All different sets. All kick ass shows. Yeah, side one of 2112 and the complete Moving Pictures was great. Have a big heart for Camera Eye. It was so well done in SA and H-town.

Now that I've spent my whole 401K on Rush shows this year, I had to ask myself: was it worth it? Fuck yes.

I saw five of seven Texas shows. It was pricey. And I’m kicking myself for not seeing all seven.

Pretty sure this was the last time they will be in Texas short of Geddy attending a Blue Jays/Astros game in the future.

That is quite a setlist. I’m jealous they got Natural Science.

Could have traded The Pass for something else. Maybe By-Tor.

Great list though.

Looks like Anika goofed a bit after the second guitar solo but recovered. Neil’s drumming in that section gets tricky.

That song is an excellent example of prog rock.

Have seen Rush many many times (first show was grace under pressure when i went with my friend and his older sister and her bf). Saw them SA night one and then in houston last week. I am going to be in zurich at beginning of Apri, so i just happened to take a look. They will be in Basel April 1st, just picked up 7th row for 339 swiss francs. (410 bucks) in a relatively small 8k arena.

I would love to see them in Europe and South America!
