March Madness has 68, NBA has 16, MLB/NFL have 12.  FBS CFB was way behind. I'm for 8 only.

They’re already past 8 and on to 12. Then it will be on to 16. Every time they expand, the teams left just out of the field will feel they got screwed and then it will expand again. And every time they do, some fans who won’t ever actually be satisfied will say that now, NOW this is a REAL playoff. People who weren’t happy with the BCS used to say they’d be happy with 4 teams and then started calling for 8 teams before 2014 was even over.

It doesn't matter if the arm is moving forward when the ball never left his hand because it was stripped out.  100% fumble.

Of fucking course.  Sure.

Neither of you knows for sure, but you both have a 50/50 chance of being right.

Committed is not putting a 2 loss Bama team that didn't make it's CCG and that lost to LSU with LSU losing to aggy just last week over a 1 loss CCG single loss team.

That makes no sense.  If TCU gets a NY6 bid then KSU goes to the Alamo bowl. Now they could still go the CFP but I would doubt it.

KSU is locked into the Sugar.

When a Team A player is holding the ball to pass it forward toward the neutral zone, any intentional forward movement of his hand or arm with the ball firmly in his control starts the forward pass. If a Team B player contacts the passer or ball after forward movement begins and the ball leaves the passer’s hand, a forward pass is ruled regardless of where the ball strikes the ground or a player (A.R. 2-19-2-I).

under this rule that was a pass.

kstate would rather have this end result anyway

Um, actually it does. Happens all the time.

Not that there was much doubt going into this game but Klieman is easily the best coach in the conference.

K-State has 6 starters out, and counting.

yet Texas beat them in KSU.  Weird eh? How did they lose 3 games?  KSU guys physically are well proportioned for their DBs, TEs and WRs.  They may not have straight line speed but have good hands, run great routes and have quick reflexes.

Name the last time a 2-loss team made it into the CFP or the BCS over a 1-loss team from a major conference.

Go ahead. Look it up. I’ll wait.

That didn't take long, what 2 minutes?

how the hell did Texas soundly beat KSU at their place and get dominated by TCU in Austin????

KSU inexplicably started Martinez. Howard would have carved us up.

TCU forced Ewers to beat them by committing hard to the run, KSU didn't(or couldn't)

God, you're a fucking beating.

His arm stopped moving forward BECAUSE THE BALL RAN INTO A DEFENDER'S HAND WHICH KNOCKED IT LOOSE AND BACKWARD -- THAT'S A FUMBLE AND YOU KNOW IT.
