We don’t have the bats. Gus was right. This is a very average hitting team and when we pitch like this we have no shot against any team on this side of bracket.

Yuuup.

This has not been our best decade against Arkansas in men's sports...

What is the largest margin of defeat in CWS history?

23-2 back in 1957.

11 is the most runs scored in an inning, so we need to shut this shit down soon.

Ravech keeps talking about getting our guys into the game and getting them "confidence."

No one is going to get confidence out of this game.  If you get confidence in this game, you shouldn't have gotten on the plane.

We have idiotically walked guys all year this year. Has killed us. You can get away with it when you’re playing shit teams like the Agros but arky is too good and made us pay dearly. Most teams in the cws would.

Why are we burning this many arms?  The difference between a 15-2 loss and an 11-2 loss isn't really three runs.

They aren't getting burned on 10 pitches.

However, someone is gonna have to finish this shitshow and that is a problem.

Arms aren’t being burned. They’re throwing ten pitches each and getting a taste of the mound at ameritrade. At this point, it doesn’t matter.

Pretty sure Augie is spinning right now.

Eh, Augie's irritated that strikes were not thrown.  But he as much as anyone knows this team barely belongs here.

When we lost that first game to LSU back in 2009 championship series, we closed down two bars in Omaha.  Then took a cab to Council bluffs because their bars stayed open an hour later.  Then we gambled until 6 or 7am when they started serving liquor again.  Then hung there until about 9 or 10am.

I'm glad I'm not there right now because there's no enough alcohol in Nebraska AND Iowa to take the stink off this game.
