Is he gonna turn to Clubber Lang Jr for training the eye of the tiger?

Thunderlips, jr

if they are going to keep making movies in this franchise, it might be time for rocky balboa to die.

Huh... Noticed this is being distributed by MGM & WB, WB owns DC, DC is looking at a new Superman, (I know way off point), but in for the Creed part deux...

That looks really good.  I don't think it'll be far off what Creed was, and I have to admit...that split second shot of Dolph and Stallone staring each other down in the ring gave me chills.

Nostalgia on point.

Looks dumb cheesy, and exactly what they avoided in the first Creed.  We even got the montage of him low tech training right there in the trailer, we don't even have to speculate.

You say that as if a montage is a bad thing. Remember how they talked about one in Team America?

Trailer looks great.  However, I'm scared to death Creed is going to choose not to fight due to family, CTE, etc.

I think something similar will happen.  But probably along the lines of Apollo fought for himself, his own pride and it got him Killed.  He's fighting for his family, and, when the time comes, watch Rocky throw in that Towel.

I didn't really realize that Creed 2, Wreck It Ralph, and even Robin Hood(wife love that Edgerton dude, I think he's pretty good myself, not sure about this movie though) all came out last night.  Gonna be tough to figure out which to see.

Not as good as first Creed (which i loved). But a solid B for me. Worth the matinee price, for sure

This is it for me. Was formulaic and predictable, but solid and worth the price of admission. I also got goosebumps with the music drop.

Creed was a A-.  Creed II is a solid B+.  Definitely worth the time.

Yeah, that's about spot on.  Creed was clearly superior, but 2 wasn't a huge step down.
