Damn Cubs series in middle of week in April. That hurts how many people I was going to get to go to that.

Weather should be nice though.

it’ll be chilly and no ivy on the wall

@Scraps To put a pin in our discussion last week about our geographic rival, we play a home/away with the Rockies again next year and have 3 games at home vs Arizona. So it appears the alternating rivals thing has gone away.

Yeah wish the cubs were a few weeks later …and/or not right before the Mexico City trip

Had hoped to do both.

wrigley and Baltimore are early front runners for my two road trips

I really want to do Toronto but we always seem to play them at the beginning of the month which is challenging for my work.
Plus it seems un-American to make a team play in a different country on the 4th.

Reading the schedule during the season is unamerican

Wouldn't be shocked to see the Orioles pass us by the end of the decade.  Bump this window back to 2009 and the Angels jump all the way into the top 5 with one player.

With whatever is left from the Ohtani trade, I assume

I’ve seen some proposed trades that we send pena to the angels. I wouldn’t be against it, if they trade pena that team is an instant WS favorite

nah man it's the Braves who are going to be our dynastic contenders. The unsung savant of the Luhnow era was not Mejdal or Elias, it was Mike Fast. He's had his fingerprints all over both the Astros (2012-2018) and the Braves (2018-current). I wish Crane would bring him back but it feels like some bridges were burned in one direction or another.
