Yep, it's :
1. Altuve
2. Bagwell
3. Biggio
4. Berkman
5-8 are this era Astros mixed with Nolan who is probably 7.  Springer, Correa, Bregman
9. Jose Cruz
10. Oswalt

We could argue about 4-10 but no way is 1-3 wrong

When the other two have 2 WSs and gone 4 times we can talk.

Counting stats go to B&B but they go to Drysdale over Koufax too.

Biggio has a postseason batting average of .234 with 2 hrs. Bagwell has a postseason batting average of .226 and 2 hrs. Both over 6 postseasons. Altuve is at .271 with 23 hrs over 7 postseasons (and counting). Bregman is at .237 with 15 homers over those same seven seasons. Biggio is no higher than 3rd all time Astro in my book, and I love Biggio.

You can’t compare stats like HRs and use “# of postseasons” as your denominator.

About half of the Killer B’s postseason were “three and Q” vs Altuve getting 3 rounds of games more often than not.

but, yes, of course Altuve is far and away the better postseason player

That's even more reason to give it to Altuve.  It was on those guys to get us further.  When it's been on Altuve, he has performed every single time

It’s just so dumb.

What is?

looks good if Altuve wasn’t hurt.

Dusty isnt going to move every single person around to push Dubon down so just have to deal with that

Based on the above you have to put Springer Correa Bregman and Yordan ahead of Berkman.

Then just hit Chas 1st and Dubon 8th. Problem solved.
leading off with your worst hitter in the lineup is absurd.
hitting someone as good as Chas 8th is dumb.

I don’t know how Altuve is going to even sniff at 3,000. Considering that Dusty sits him like a 40 year old. And by missing 2 games for a sore foot.

Honestly I don’t think he’ll even get to 2,500

My guy!  The fact he doesn’t catch every day (and play 1B one time through the rotation) so maldy can catch 125 game is absurd.
I don’t think yainer, the org, the city or myself will ever thank Dusty for that.
