Strong disagree. TexAgs's liberal friends are convinced he'll gain votes, and if you can't trust their critical thought then who can you trust?

Ha--Biden gets to campaign against a convicted felon.  Still think there's going to be a debate on a public stage?

He’ll back out because it’s too close to sentencing and he has to “prepare” or something 😂

All of this. It's possible that he won't lose a single vote over this. If you're still in on Trump in 2024, what's a little infidelity and business records shenanigans to you?

BUT he won't gain a single vote because of this. Had the verdict been wishy-washy, I think you could attract those more inclined to believe that they're unfairly politically targeting Trump with bullshit charges, and the powers that be must be stopped!

This--you've got to chip away at the support.

There's going to be at least a few "hold your nose and vote for Trump" voters that are going to be a pushed away because voting for a convicted felon is just too much.  If we're thinking margins will be slim in battleground states then every bit of help matters.

Felons can’t vote but they can sure become president lol

Felons can vote once they fully discharge their sentence, at least in Texas. The statement "felons can't vote" is used to suppress voting.

It's being widely reported that FL defers to the state where the conviction occurred.  NY allows non-incarcerated felons to vote, so, Trump will be able to vote in FL.

CNN already starting with conservative websites are down because so many people are trying to donate, and how some radical republicans who were never trumpers aren’t happy with this verdict

Press: How will a Trump unanimous criminal conviction and rape civil case conviction affect Biden's chances of winning?  What are Biden's non convictions covering up?

Christ on a cracker, Jon. There will be exactly one petition for certiorari in the federal system, from the NY Court of Appeals to the US Supreme Court, and it will be denied, even by these clowns. There's no constitutional issue raised here.

Unless he's referring to jailhouse writs to the local federal court.

Trump could literally die tonight/tomorrow and there's a decent chance CNN would say his death would cause either:

  1. More people to come out and vote for him even though he's dead because...reasons
  2. Everyone will rally around Don Jr/Eric/Rudy as the new nominee to continue his work

As long as he's not in jail. lol.  We can joke about the only reason he can vote is he's on probation and not behind bars.

With the convention coming up it would be funny to give him a two week Rikers sentence and he can't go to the convention.

Watching NBC. We are fucked bc of our media. RW liars get equal air time and get no push back. "Donald Trump closed the border."
Psakis response was neutral; "will Trump start talking about issues people care about instead of focusing on his personal issues."

Even if you didn't, and stole it from the twitters... bravo.

How much to start a DT thread? Need to crowdsource the title but I'm willing to take the heat.

Trump had four fucking years to prosecute Hilllary. He did nothing. Starting to thank he may be dishonest.

He trashed the shit out of the judge and the judge’s daughter, it was multiple instances, the judge is known for being harsh on white collar criminals, and the paper trail was a mile long.

Now let the judge be harsh in sentencing. No concurrent stuff. Stack those years and stack those sweet GQP tears.
