I hope his P.O. is a POC and member of the LGBTQ+ community that also happens to be an immigrant from one of his “shithole” countries.

Underrated!

Fuck it. I will help these cult members packed.  This US would be a much better place if all these people would actually fucking leave.

He has a point.
It’s a sad, sad day when a twice bankrupt multimillionaire who inherited multimillions and is twice divorced cannot screw a pornstar when his 3rd wife is pregnant, lie about it, falsify records to pay her off to conceal it from the voters while he runs and still wins the presidency.

Do we really have a country worth saving when this Everyman cannot get a fair shake?

I stole this and put it on twitter.

The only thing you can really, honestly say about this is that prosecutorial discretion was indulged against Trump by bringing the case in the first place.**

But, it has been pointed out that Bragg's office (not counting prior DAs), brought 34 other cases under the statute in the relatively short time he's been in office.

It is an oddball little statute, that's for sure, but it certainly is not selectively enforced.  NY apparently has quite a number of oddball little statutes like this (and the Section 66 used in the civil case) because it is ostensibly the financial capital of the world and needs to insure integrity in business.  At the same time, though, it has some other statutes that are oddly protective of Wall Street types, principally the one that applies double jeopardy principals to state prosecutions that attempt to follow federal.

**and even that would only be a problem if the case was meritless and the indictment dismissed or the defendant rapidly acquitted, neither of which occurred here.

Anyone who sleeps with pornographic actresses and then runs for president and pays them money to shut up and then fabricates expense records could have this happen to them!

As someone who enjoys watching pornography, likes presidential biographies, bribes my kids with desert for their cooperation, and then lies to their mom about said desert…. This hits close to home.

Objective things I think judge will consider to support sentence: in trumps favor: old, no priors. Against: no remorse.  I predict 30 days lockup.

Trump should’ve gone with the CJK5H method.

I read in a news aggregator (just the facts) that 1 out of 10 are imprisoned for this crime. I doubt he does a single day of time. If he does it’s house arrest. He’s not going to prison for this. But here’s to hoping !

What's hilarious is all the grifting that Trump does is it goes straight to him, not the party lol. Isn't there already articles out there about the GOP being broke?

Yeah, I'm thinking house arrest at the very most.  Given what I understand as the max time for these crimes, weighed with the extreme hassle and expense in incarcerating a former President and all the security and other accommodations that go into that, I don't see this judge sending him to prison for even a nominal amount of time.  In any event, he's still an orange fat fuck felon.

He doesn’t have nearly enough hair for braids like that. It would be a couple of rows down the side and completely bald on top.
