I’m not feeling confident about the Dems chances next year. They don’t know how to put together a simple powerful message that draws people and inspires them. Give Trump credit, he’s a master at it.

More proof that anti-Pete people have no idea who actual Buttigieg voters are. They just focus on the "23 billionaires donated to him!"  and "he does fundraisers!" talking points and run with it.

You are inferring way more out of that tweet than I did.

I’m so fucking over this primary. Wake me up in February please.

At this point I might be open to the idea of a military junta.

You know who the Dems need in this race?  John Kasich, he would totally beat Trump’s ass.  Everyone one of my white buddies would line up to vote for him.

You have friends?

All those "extra" trillions "unaccounted for" are sitting around practically undefended up and down South America. All we have to do is Pizarro-grab it. Should be obvious to everybody, but I guess creativity is dead.

“Mexico will pay for the wall.”

This is my standard response for any media bullshit about Dems floating unrealistic plans.

Yes, echoing Trump is a good idea and very helpful.

Exactly. Trump peddles know-nothing populism to fools, if that is the standard that Democrats will use as well then we have entered full blown Idiocracy.

I am naive enough to think that the Democrats might take on the roll of the responsible adult in the room but shit is looking kinda doubtful.

Just wait until Joe introduces Trump to his two running mates, Dr. T and The Women

Point was none of Warren or Bernie’s actual plans come close to the absurdity of the shit Trump was peddling.  There’s also something very un-American about saying better things aren’t possible.  Yeah, we know fighting for a big idea is hard and near impossible to achieve but they are things people feel strongly enough about to fight for.  This is like how democracies work?

People in the 1840’s probably thought ending slavery was an unrealistic idea at the time but America got it done and the Civil War was absolutely worth it.

It would be easier to just say that listening to a libertarian publication is stupid. The last place I'm looking for good critical thinking analysis is Reason. They'd be publishing piece after piece attacking the New Deal, Social Security, and Medicare if it existed at that time.

Shitting on Hugo is a time honored surly pastime. Like doing South Austin’s mom or rubbing your bird to a Chad Briscoe post.

Idoit, the engine of prosperity is science and engineering not culture and arts.

I like arts but if everyone was an artist nothing would get done.

I'm very concern troll worried about Pete's press coverage now that the brain-dead centrists in mass media have a new pointless guy to be in love with.

Good god Chuck.
