Crazy ending for TCU/GTown, Frogs hit buzzer beater but appears player stepped out of bounds before the shot...  No review. 84-83 Frogs.

I guess there was no review because they are not allowed to review a missed out of bounds call. But, it’s Georgetown that suffered so, I don’t mind.

Ole Miss beats UCF 70-68 in a game both teams tried their hardest to lose and shot 68 combined free throws. UCF accidentally made a free throw they were trying to intentionally miss, stole the inbounds pass then got blocked at the rim and the putback got waved off just a tick after the buzzer.

UCF shot 18% from 3 and 64% from the line.

Buzz Williams has only advanced out of the first weekend 1 time in the last 10 years. My bet is it will be 1 time in the last 11 years after this season.

He's a perfect example of the game changing and not adapting. His teams are really good at everything except shooting 3s and defending the 3 (which is the modern era of basketball now).

He has a bunch of physical players that can get to the rim and do work on the offensive boards but none of them can shoot to save their life. On the defensive end, his entire focus is to keep teams out of the paint but it leads to wide open 3s throughout the game. He's stuck in an era of basketball from 15 years ago.

Chris Beard’s Ole Miss squad pulled off the road upset against UCF to move to 9-0. KenPom had OleMiss losing nearly every game this season but their algorithm doesn’t account for how a good coach can get way more out of his team than the player stats show.

It's mainly because Ole Miss was squeaking out wins in the first 6 or 7 games against bad teams while their two best players were out. So Kenpom undervalues them.

They have 1 of those guys back now in Cisse.

KenPom had them losing to Alabama State, Eastern Washington, Detroit Mercy, Sam Houston State and Mount St. Mary’s?

Good for them for being 9-0 but today was the first time all year they were underdogs in Vegas FYI.

I think you're looking at a parody account. @JomRothstein is not @JonRothstein

It was actually from another feed who was crediting Rothstein, but yeah, I should've known better.
