Leftover smoked turkey, queso, hot sauce, hawaiian bun, craft beer. Sometimes the beauty is in the simplicity and laughing when your wife tells you how disgusting your farts are later that night. Gotta show who the alpha male is.

Got some of Leroy and Lewis’ smoked Turkey breast and cranberry BBQ sauce. Put some stuffing in the waffle iron. Made what your people call a sandwich.

Thanksgiving break revelation- I realized favorite breakfast in the world is black coffee and bites of leftover pecan pie straight from the pie dish.

Mine is black coffee and chunks of cold oyster dressing eaten with my hands on the drive out to the duck blind.  So, I feel you bro.

Yeah because when I'm eating pecan pie, I always think to myself "man I wish I had some chunks of cold oyster dressing instead."

Well, you should.  It's the king of Thanksgiving leftovers in coonass country.

I go heavy cream (and a little stevia) when I'm on the road.  At home it's black, poured two inches at a time so it's always piping hot.

Also, this weekend, had some leftover chicken livers and gizzards (got a brined turkey, but had no giblets, so I bought chicken giblets to make my T giving gravy).

What to do with extra giblets?

The West Texas wife tells me this is good. The nearest location from Houston is Hamilton, Texas. I might have to take her word for it.

If fold over chili dogs are wrong, I don’t wanna be right.

I ain't ever gonna be right if they're wrong.  In some ways, fold over > traditional hot dog bun.
