That’s real cheese. I think aerosol cheese might be slightly better.

On it.

Those were supposed to be HEB jap saltines, but grabbed the wrong damn sleeve. Clearly the green box right under was too difficult.

Gentlemen,  I present perhaps the greatest stoner snack of all time.  Fucking cheese on a cracker.

With the cottonmouth you're gonna get, dry and hard cheddar cheese on a dry cracker is gonna be very difficult to chew.

Username checks out.

Also, that's too upscale for the proper stoned/wasted snack.  The PROPER version is four saltine crackers, topped with one piece of plastic-wrapped American cheese that you have unwrapped, folded over, and then folded over again to create four somewhat even squares that top a saltine perfectly, looking something like this:

had some gravy left.  also remembered we had a leftover cheeseburger patty.  doing my part to declutter the fridge.

This isn't a Steel Shank entrant but I didn't know where else to park it. This excellent looking poutine prompted my post.

Breakfast Poutine onboard a ferry from St. John, N.B. to Digby N.S. last week.

I think the voodoo has the crawtator seasoning on it.

Yeah but it has a strong tomato flavor that covers up some of the other flavors. Surprisingly I like it more on the pretzel twists than the chips.

Chicken sausage, biscuit, seasoned fries and bacon chipotle dipping sauce. Tub o gravy.

Reserving a spot in the shart thread.

Looks great.  But maybe I need a refresher on the rules for this thread.  I thought it was reserved for homemade concoctions using leftover dregs from the fridge and other random stuff around the kitchen, not restaurant take out.

Or do I have it wrong, and is it generally anything on a disposable plate that has a high degree of running through your colon in half an hour, whether in liquid or gas form (or both)?

Apparently I did not get the memo.

I thought this was the greasy food which will kill us thread.

I think it can be pre-prepared greasy food that can kill us but only if it’s fried gizzards or comes in an allsups paper envelope.

Yes, gas station food and repurposed takeout leftovers are acceptable.  The jack in the box taco casserole is a prime example.

Sometimes, as a parent, you wonder how you’re doing. Are you having an impact? Is your child really absorbing the knowledge that you’re attempting to pass on?

Then, one Labor Day morning, your kid asks “Hey Dad. We have some leftover steak from yesterday, right? Can you make me a taco with some of it?”

Man, y'all are overthinking it.

Get some of these:

Prepare in the oven or air fryer.

Top with plenty of this, heated on the stove or microwave:

Then top with a shitload of grated cheddar, maybe some fresh diced onions.

It's goddamned glorious, and a super-cheap tex-mex feast.

Back in the day I'd put a pack of these in a baking dish with a can or two of wolf brand chili(no beans) and a pack of shredded cheese on top in the oven until the cheese is melted and burritos are cooked through.
