Could be a plus, maybe the new guys can run block.

With the exceptions of Banks and Majors, everyone else is meh.  And the only reason Majors will be tough to replace is his experience.  I don't think we'll miss him getting shoved 2 yards back on running plays.

Good thing we have Kyle Flood to coach 'em up.

OL was the only unit on the offense that was up for national awards. That was a line that started three 3 stars.

Certainly doesn't seem to be translating here. Our OL was abused by any defensive front 7 with a pulse this year (and last). And that was with a NFL first rounder.

Even ASU's undersized front 4 embarrassed our OL.

If you are going to say nonsensical things like A&M, OU, and Michigan defenses did not have a pulse, than you are correct. I just think you are the only one that has that opinion. ASU was a bad game, no sugarcoating that. OSU and Georgia are pretty stacked with talent, so not surprising it was tough sledding in those games.

I'm always jealous of your blind, misguided optimism.

Well, I don't like to wallow in sorrow. Sometimes you just have to go along in life, whether it's blind optimism, or opening a door for another chapter; you just gotta take gummies and turn on, tune in, and drop out.

Since it is now the Kool Aid season. Arch's 87.5 QBR would have been good for #3 in the nation this year. (STFU, I know it was 2 starts)

I'll post this again. PFF graded Arch's game vs. Mississippi State at 94.2. Not only was he the highest graded Power 4 QB in Week 5, it was the highest rated game by a P4 QB through the first 5 weeks of the season.

People sluff off that Mississippi State game/performance, but the Bulldogs came to play that day. They held the ball for 10 more minutes than Texas and had 50 carries on offense (including Van Buren's runs/sacks). Blue had 2 bad fumbles, tons of offensive penalties, and Cook dropped a breadbasket 60+ yard TD. If Arch doesn't play as well as he did, that would have been a much closer game.

We scored a clutch TD to end the second half and then kept scoring in the 3rd and 4th quarters to extend the lead. That was the last time we played like that all season.

I think once Arch settles in -- and assuming Baxter gets back to what he can be -- we will be humming along quite nicely by the end of the season, if not long before. Nobody will want to play us in the CFP.

Technically, other the 4th quarter, we did similar against OSU. We scored a clutch TD at the very end of the first half to tie the game and then scored in the third quarter to tie it again.

It mattered in the semifinals. Won't matter against the middle of the pack teams.

I'm still tripping on your examples being two games where we scored a combined 73 points to our opponents combined 3 in the first half 🤣😂. Of all the games to choose.

Since when those were my examples? Take a break from riding Quinn's dick unless you're his dad, then I apologize. By the way, which dick are you going to ride next season when Quinn is gone.

See that's the thing little guy. I don't run around spending pages dragging down ANY player, especially not the best quarterback we've had here since 2009. I am thankful to have good players again. I am thankful to be relevant again. I understand a simple fact that you don't. If a player has certain limitations, expecting him to be something he is not is on you the spectator, not him the player. It's been long established that Quinn cannot run and cannot throw the deep ball. Anyone who is still pissed about those things three years later is an idiot. Also, if the coach is still putting the player in positions to fail then you need to be looking at the coach and not the player. You don't trot Blue out there to punch it in on the 1. That's not in his skillset.

Next year there will be things that Arch struggles with. I will quickly shrug my shoulders and move on. You will be calling for {enter in a name} to come in and take over because you saw said player do something vs a directional school so that means it will work vs Georgia. You guys are nothing if not predictable. Now someone quote this so ignore boy can see it since he posted and ran.
