Uh - please. He's Asian American.

3rd guy is whitey no arm.

The word is that Milroe isn't very coachable.  How he reacted to last week might have been an enough is enough sort of thing.

WTF is Saban doing? Old man has lost it. He is trying to make Milroe the scapegoat for the Texas loss even though it seems like he is the best QB they have and gives them the best chance to win.

Can't believe they couldn't buy a portable QB.

They tried, but they went to raid the transfer portal too late, all the big QBs had been taken. They went shopping after their spring game. They rode what they had too long.

I love how all these Bama fans asked for Milroe to be benched. Maybe Saban is over the fans. He's like, this is my last year, fuck your team you ungrateful pieces of shit. I'll play the worst QBs and show you how stupid you are

Maybe he's playing 3D chess and giving the drooling idiots what they want while playing USF, then reinsert Milroe after the scrubs are exposed. Time will tell.

They put all their eggs in the Drake Maye basket this offseason. Problem is, their NIL is flaccid and UNC was able to match.

Isn’t coachable? I don’t think you can coach the suck out of the backups

All I know is USF defense > Texas defense.

Buchner might be worse than whatever walk-on is running 5th string QB for us. We would've shut them out if we didn't have to account for Milroe as a run threat.

The offensive game plan rees rolled out didn't look like he wanted Milroe coached up either.

Yeah, Milroe ain't some phenom, but that dude is close to Vince/Vick levels of ability running the ball.  These no name dudes they've replaced him with suck just as bad, but they can't run.  And behind a weak O-line you want a QB that can create some plays with his feet.

Maybe Milroe didn't like being scapegoated for that loss last week and told everyone to go pound sand while he peruses the transfer portal.

The former offensive line coach and offensive coordinator at Bama are now at Texas….Bama struggling offensively.  Bama with good players…..lacking coaching….this may get better this year, but this is all on Saban.

Seems like our win may not have been quite as impressive as everyone once thought.

It only really matters if it goes to the CFP committee and they start looking at our quality wins... beating a 10-1 Bama looks way better then beating a 6-6 Bama.

On the other hand, if we just run the table and win the Big-12 it doesn't matter.

The only other ranked team on our schedule besides the Dirt Burglars just lost to Mizzou.  So, yeah, our SOS isn't going to be great regardless of how Bama ends up looking.

It's clear Milroe is the best talent, but what I can tell you, is that there were rumors in the spring they told him to transfer.  This may run far deeper than just physical ability.

I wonder if Milroe quit the team and is happy sitting it out until he portals.

If he quit the team he wouldn't be there and wouldn't have been out warming up before the game.

Quote

In physics, interference is a phenomenon in which two coherent waves are combined by adding their intensities or displacements with due consideration for their phase difference. The resultant wave may have greater intensity (constructive interference) or lower amplitude (destructive interference)

Alabama's Program-destroying punch was just effectively cancelled out by our own Program-destroying counter punch. The universe is now back in alignment.

The non-Milroe QB’s for Bama are hammered dog-shit

If they just put Milroe into the VY ‘05 offense, or some form of the RPO, they could run the table on the rest of the season. Don’t take his legs out of the game! I’m just glad he didn’t have 8-10 more designed runs vs us.

This has to be Saban just sending some sort of message.

The message may be "Fuck all y'all, I quit"

Jesus dude whatever helps you sleep at night. You're losing four games minimum if Milroe gets shelved.

Maybe Milroe said, if you bench me I'm gone... and Saban called his bluff. This is wild. Milroe could have ran for 50 yards to end this half and get some points. This is wild.

I’ve said it in other threads, put Milroe in more of an RPO, and let him use his legs! Glad we didn’t face him “properly” last week!

Agree, if they told Milroe to transfer, then why would they have even bothered to start the season with him as QB1?

Can't rely on anyone else.  Winning out is always our only chance.

As far as I can remember, a 1-loss Texas has never been given the consideration to get into the MNC game/BCS/CFP.   Only time we ever get to play for it all, is when we're undefeated.

We're not Alabama, we don't get mulligans 66% of the time.
