Here’s a female WR.  I think the first female scholarship non kicker.
I don’t think she played though.
She’s built about like X.

her dream of playing for the Seahawks has remained unfulfilled AFAIK but who knows what tomorrow may bring.

She beat cancer so “you go girl!”

Holy shit, Sarah Connors lives!

All state honorable mention in HS? Regardless of classification, that's pretty damned impressive.

In Texas, you're academic all-state if you're on a varsity roster and your GPA is above 3.0 (or something like that).

Pretty sure I saw a bumper/clip that said she was going to be on the Today show this morning....so I guess this thing has just about run its course

it will when she shows up at 1600 Pennsylvania.

If you're playing O-line, are you really going to pancake her?  I mean knock the snot out of her?  Drive her back into the third level and fall on her?  I doubt it.

Did it say "academic"? If so I missed it. I thought there was a difference between all state and all state academic.

I'll add that to the list of shit we never put on my son's "resume".

I'm all for equal rights, equality, equal pay for equal work, smashing the patriarchy, and all that, but a girl playing full contact football is not a good idea. But its her life, her decision.

I agree. her decision, glad she has the opportunity, I'm one tough bitch but those guys (not you surly guys who are we kidding) would knock my ass out. I mean shit, I lift weights and benching 40 pounds 3 reps of 12 and my arms are burning like the clap half of you motherfuckers have.

I'm guessing someone has already had to have this conversation with her:

You're thinking of aggy vs. App State.

God, I hate this place sometimes.

it's gonna get worse, we are winning. check out how many new posters on this thread and the football board.  quite a few.  11 by my estimate are under a thousand posts and several are really new. shit happens, they'll figure it out, or not. SEC influx is coming too next year, ugh. hell, posters who've been here a decade or more and over 10,000 posts are still getting checks by their names on the chalkboard. some folks just are what they are. meh.

Gunnar used to work out at my gym.  Chris Simms did also.  Super nice guy.

That chick is more jacked than either.

How was the threesome?

If it’s possible to have a less than 0 percent chance of playing for the Seahawks, then Toni’s chances are lower than that.

That’s awesome. Did she just get that one play?

There’s a wide range of size and ability across colleges at the D3 level.

This guy was a teammate of mine at a D3 school; and our left tackle played at Nebraska for a year before transferring.

They said she is a soccer player and they needed someone to kick the ball and found her a week ago.

Noooooo.....

I mean, didn't Texas Tech find a guy sitting on the couch at a fraternity house under Leach? That kick was so bad it's hard for me believe that you don't have intermural football players who could kick better than that. Also, does JSU not have a men's football team?

She came in and kicked one kickoff because she is a chick. Somebody else did the other kicks.

I think it would have been more interesting to roll a double amputee out the to kick off with his nub. That would have been a first and been just as effective.

with Tech it was a guy that kicked a field goal at halftime to get free rent for a year at lynnwood townhomes.....he made the kick and got the free rent and the Tech field goal kicker had a really shitty day so mike reached out to the guy from halftime

the funny thing is he had to give up the free rent at the time because that was "illegal compensation"......Graham Harrell and Michael Crabtree were ask by a reporter a few games later what they thought about their new teammate Matt Williams and they both said "who" and the reporter said your new field goal kicker and they said "oh you mean lynnwood".......no one on the team knew his name they just knew him as lynnwood
