it was 1st and 5 from the 6, right?

Yep.  Penalty, sack where they didn't help the RT who had been getting killed, penalty and then throw to the 1.  It's fucking hilarious.  They'll win like their next 4 but it's a dumb team led by a dumb coach owned by the dumbest motherfucker in sports when it comes to winning...... Maybe the fucker will have a heart attack tonight.

I knew it.

I hope Dak is gone. He don’t deserve this shit.

He’s a one man show here with Lamb.

Fuck everyone. Blame him. That’s all too idiots know how to do.

Lol. He ran INTO pressure on the sack and then took the sack instead of putting it into the 2nd row like any decent collegiate QB would have done.

the man is a fucking simpleton.

They’re going to get worked over in December by Philly, Dolphins and Lions.

They throw it to the 3. Why am I not shocked?

It was actually a great play call if, you know, you have a receiver cutting underneath Lamb for the pitch. All the other eligible receivers were past Lamb. So yes in the end it was dumb but it was their best shot at a TD of they ran it correctly.

He literally drove them down the field.

Penalties and the the inability to see what’s happening to the RT got them.

God you morons don’t know shit.

My biggest complaint is that he shouldnt have taken the sack. Gotta be aware in a situation like that. The only way were going to lose that was taking a sack and thats exactly what he did.

He was one Philly player driving him into the turf from throwing the ball up for grabs to anyone and ending the game right there.

He was trying to and then the other DE hit him and he felt it and hung on to the ball..... Steele was a turnstile.  Not sure why they didn't chip the DE.  It was just lunancy.  Stupidity down the ranks.  From the owner to the coaches to the players.  That was last year's first round pick who got that penalty from the 6.  That was the newly paid RT who we didn't need to pay this year who almost single handily lost us the game.  That was the HC who panicked and couldn't kick the FG on the penultimate drive.  That was the our first round DT who..... Oh, nevermind.  He doesn't play.

He took a sack under 30 seconds  inside the 10 instead of doing what any 1/2 intelligent QB would have done and thrown it into the stands.

100% Dak’s fault.

people keep saying that but it is extremely rare to have an NFL RT ole his DE over and over in a game. QB’s are anticipating their RT at least getting in the way briefly. Or at least falling down and tripping the guy.

Right.  You could see Lamb was looking for the pitch guy or the lateral guy..... but no one was there.  Ferg obviously didnn't know the play before the penalty.  So who knows....

Yeah but if your RT is getting smoked repeatedly, maybe pay extra attention to his side in the most pivotal moment of the game.

Yea but since it had already happened several times previously at that point you have to make the mental adjustment to your expectations.  It's like dealing with an umpire's zone when he is giving something off the plate to the pitcher as a strike.  Sure the first time you see it that's one thing....after that you gotta fucking adjust, you're paid millions upon millions of dollars to adjust.

The RT was a turnstile all day. Everyone knew that, including Prescott. He absolutely had to be prepared to throw the ball away in that situation and he wasn't. They were close enough to the end zone he could have easily thrown it over everyone out the back in the general direction of a receiver. They never call intentional grounding on that.

No, Prescott was not nearly the biggest problem all night. But taking that sack was absolutely terrible. That was a game losing play in the biggest game of the regular season.

Maybe with 4 minutes left you can run a draw or something. But in an obvious 30 second offense where you have to throw you can’t account your your right tackle who is getting paid pro bowl money to get completely shit canned in 0.1 seconds.

Counterpoint, by the time of the last sack, there was ample evidence that Dak shouldn't be relying on the RT position and should pay more attention to a rush getting to him quickly from that direction.

Yep. Gotta throw that away immediately. You could see it was fucked off the bat. His awareness just isnt there.

The problem with Dak is he is another player that just keeps this team in the wasteland of "above average" in the NFL.  At this point he is what he is.  A good quarterback who doesn't have what it takes to manage the pressure situations you have to consistently manage at the end of games if you want to win championships.  It's happened big game after big game, year after year.  Get Dak to the 4th against a really good team where he has to make the plays to win the game....he can't do it.  That doesn't mean something better is out there at the moment and Cowboys could certainly be a lot worse at the QB position, but as long as he is the QB Dallas will be what they have been, nothing more, nothing less.

You should always work with the facts as you know them, not as you’d like them to be.
