People here were convinced Texas was going to win.

The offense can't even get off the bus.

We ain't winning tonight.

We were? We certainly wanted to win but convinced?

We aren't? We're down 3-0 after thr first quarter.

They get no separation when in man coverage. Teams have picked it on it which is why the offense is so off kilter imo

It isn't man coverage that we struggle with...

Part of the problem for Quinn is that this offensive design coupled with a hurt shoulder don't go too well together.  Like that last third down, everybody went downfield, Sanders ran a 5ish yard out.  But even that out is a LONG throw.  We need something dragging across the middle underneath the umbrella he can hit in motion if that is the defense they are going to play.  Quit making every throw be 20+ yards in the air.

Shit. I wish you were our playcaller

Ewers not being right is the big problem here. He can't make the throws correctly on the deep outs/deep curls he usually lives on.

Wish we knew if Arch could give a couple of series and use his legs

Is Ewers just no longer able to see the field any more?

He's lobbing the ball instead of rifling them to the receivers. Gives the DBs too much time to make a play.

He's not even throwing the ball to wide-open guys. He's not seeing obvious defensive alignments.

If you aren’t using the Varsity network app to listen to Craig, you are failing

I was listening to TCU-Baylor and heard about syncmygame.com.  Has anyone tried that?

Or route calls maybe?  We’re running 5 targets along both sidelines.

Been saying all season that Quinn Ewers cannot process information quickly enough.  He has almost no pre-snap read and when he does, it has nothing to do with the actual defense.  He just compares the defensive alignment with the WR Sark schemed the play for and little else.  He can't see how the defense rolls or sits when the ball is snapped, only how they were aligned.

Hate to say it, but he doesn't have enough mental horsepower to get it done.  If Sark schemes the perfect play, he'll get it there.  Anything else is a crapshoot.

They get plenty of separation against man. They are mixing coverages, but favoring taking the deep ball away.
