Good voltage, checked it. Also, checked out a few YT videos and did the broomstick and spin it and also put a 1/4” Allen wrench in there and spun it.

According to the internet the motor is screwed. Just checking to see if I am missing anything?

Best thing to do is to stick your hand down there

Your wife said put my dick in there the cut it in have because that would make it twice as big as yours.

But that would hurt.

Just to cover all the bases, is there a reset button on the bottom...and if so, did you...push it?

[edit] Per below, please disregard.  Leaving for the next dude that searches though, just in case.

if it's humming, the reset button isn't the issue

Follow this video, this is the real answer. Find the allen-wrench shaped socket on the motor and have at it.

We had to replace ours this summer after the motor burned out. Went thru all those same steps. Fortunately replacement won't be too hard. Good luck.

Agree. If you can remove and replace a cracked manifold on a 305 Chevy small block V8, then a garbage disposal is a piece of cake.

No really, it's pretty easy. I replaced one at the old house and it took me about 30 minutes.
