It probably just allows for breastfeeding while at work...

You might actually be right, but the idea of strippers bringing babies to work gives me the creeps.

Columbus paper from last year-

A state law enacted 10 years ago to restrict sexual activity and limit operating hours at strip clubs and adult book stores has been spottily enforced, and in some cases not at all.

The Community Defense Act, as it was called, was approved in 2007 at the urging of Citizens for Community Values, a Cincinnati-based conservative religious organization. The group proposed the act as an initiated state statute, prompting the General Assembly to pass watered-down legislation with similar provisions. Otherwise, the group could have gone to the ballot to put the issue to a public vote.

The heated Statehouse debate included young women in tight, pink “Dancers for Democracy” t-shirts greeting lawmakers outside the House chamber. The women later violated House rules by unveiling a banner in the balcony during the floor debate.

Then-Gov. Ted Strickland allowed the law to take effect without his signature.

While the law has been on the books for a decade, it is rarely used.

The Franklin County Sherriff’s office found no instances in which the 2007 law had been cited, according to spokesman Marc Gofstein.

“We have not had any complaints or reasons to apply this law. We have gone back as far as we have records for, and nothing has been found,” he said....

TLDR- Stormy appears to be the first person charged under this law, in Franklin County, in the 11 years the law has existed.

Cops just wanted to frisk her and run a cavity search.

This story about all the motorboating she does is pretty great advertising for her. I've seen featured strippers/porn stars at script clubs before and they have been pretty hands off diva cold fish.

I just today learned that this happened at Sirens. I've been there a few times but that was more than a decade ago. I had a couple friends who bartender there. Before it was a strip club, it was a Cheddars.

Apparently she felt up an undercover female officer and stuck her tits in her face. Nice.

Should've just grabbed her by the pussy.  Pretty sure that's allowed these days.

Most cities in Texas have similar "no touch" ordinances, as well as various other niggling litlte laws (pasties and whatnot) designed to make it somewhat more difficult for tit bars and other sleaze shops to operate.  Enforcement is varied to lax, I'm sure.  But the point of the ordinance isn't really to criminalize anything, but just to pander to MADD mother and other pearl-clutching types that are responsible for most of our stupid and repressive criminal laws.

City of Oceanside, CA had a full nude place for 40 years, catering to Marines from nearby Pendleton.  They city tried and tried to shut them down.  The club would sue, and the club would win.  Every single time.

Back in 2002, the city finally realized that they couldn't beat the club.  They said "how much?".  Club owner said 1.4 million. City wrote the check, bought the club, and shut it down.

There's still 1 topless joint in town, and like all clubs in SD, they have the "no-touch" shit, and when the girls take their tops off, they have to stay 6 feet back from the customers.

I can go a couple of blocks away and get a full-nude massage with a happy ending, but whatever.

I've heard her speak -- she would absolutely be better than Trump.  She's probably a solid 20 IQ points above that moron.

Of course, "better than the worst President ever" is probably too low a bar.

Or maybe not.

A silver lining? The city of Columbus announced earlier this week that they would no longer be enforcing the no touching rule that they incorrectly applied to Stormy Daniels. So if any stripper wants to rub her titties in your face, she may.

USA!  USA!  USA!

Wait... she's got a husband?  LOL, holy shit.  He's either the dumbest motherfucker in three solar systems... or the smartest.  Not sure which.

Anyway, he's not her husband much longer.  Shocked, I tells you.  Shocked!  Even more shocked that he's accusing her of "cheating."  Say it ain't so!

My god this is funny.

I'm sure the Columbus PD would like to avoid any further investigation into the matter re: Stormy.

Womp womp.

From the link above:

Police said that Daniels was caught up in an investigation into human trafficking and prostitution the night she was arrested, but the emails released draw questions as to if Keckley and others targeted Daniels.

“The emails definitely show that the police lied about it being a prostitution and human trafficking mission,” the whistleblower said.

In an email dated Tuesday, July 10 — two days before Daniels arrived in Columbus — Keckley emails herself a video of Daniels in West Hollywood. Not long after, the VICE detective emails herself a link to an NBC 4 Columbus story promoting Daniels’ planned appearance.

And right after that, a bombshell.

Keckley sends a series of messages from her personal email account to her work account. Inside are pictures of Daniels with President Trump, pictures of Daniels in lingerie, and a map to the club where she would be performing.

After Daniels’ arrest that Wednesday night, the emails continue into the early morning hours of Thursday, but the contents are disturbing.

“I got the elements….we arrested Stormy this morning, she is in jail.” “Elements” are the burden police officers must meet in order to make an arrest.

In another email dated on July 12 at 3:50 a.m., Keckley writes to another police officer bragging about Daniel’s arrest — without mentioning her by name — saying, “You’re Welcome!!!!!….Thank me in person later.”

Columbus Vice spent $1700 on two strip club trips aimed at busting Stormy Daniels.  Cover, booze, and lap dances.

That sounds like a lot of money, based on what friends I know have said about strip clubs.

They should call vice squads what they are : shakedown crews.

Vice leaves clubs alone so long as they stay out of the news and line the right pockets.
