that's an understatement.  skill players aren't much better.

It's Cade. Fucking guy couldn't even hit his wide open first read for a touchdown. Waited three extra seconds for some reason. He's not a power five quarterback

This play by play guy's voice sounds a lot like Dave South(if South were coherent and actually watching the game while calling it).

Like Dave South but more soporific

Maybe aggy did make the right decision to pass on Stoops

I think so.  Not that Elko will be better but I'd be pissed if we tried to hire Mark Stoops.

Going to be a crazy finish.

I am really going to miss college football when it is over however.........

I am so old the off season seems to last about 2 months now and the 2024 season will be here quickly........for me at least.

"Can you tell us about the heroic return at the end of the game that resulted in the injury?"

I just knew I had to keep my quarterback off the field, so I laid it all on the line

Why didn't they go for 2?

So that Clemson has to go for 2 if they get a td.

Why do you want to go up by 6 with 2:30 left?  Clemson isn't going to get 2 more FGs.

I'm no math wizard, but that doesn't make sense...how does a 5 point lead force a Clemson 2-pt conversion?

They make up for it in volume.  That or just write if off.

Obviously he is thinking of the 2-pt conversion after a FG. Those happen, right?

If Clemson scores a TD to go up 1, they'll go for 2 to try to push it to 3.  If they don't make it, you can win with a FG.  If you go for 2 and make it, you still win with a FG but if you miss and are only up 4 then you will only tie with a FG.

What does going up 6 do for you?  Clemson isn't going to kick a fg and try to get it back for another fg.  They're going for a TD no matter what on this drive.
