Pitcher has to throw more strikes.

Glad she finished off the 3rd inning allowing only 2 runs...

On a train to Quebec City. Timing worked out well since the train took off 10 min before game time and has perfect WiFi

Damn that was a good catch by the NW RF. Wowza

Headed to QC in Oct.  will be my first trip there.

Bases loaded no outs

This team thrives with small ball. We get away from it too often. We have speed to burn

12-2, RBI single Cap

Drohan must know she needs Miller because NW is 3 outs from needing to win today and two tomorrow

Team gets to chill while the remaining 3 teams battle it out for who gets to play Texas tomorrow. Texas only needs a win to advance and host the Austin Super Regional

Texas is also approaching the program record for HR (88) after smashing a ton of them today

Watching yesterday’s highlight video, it’s apparent that Siena kept our scoring down by making many great defensive plays.  NW didn’t make them and paid for it, and also made some poor decisions on where to go with the ball by chasing outs they were never going to get.

NW made 2-3 really good defensive plays….we just hit very well today, and our speed on the bases was very noticeable….gave us additional bases and runs.

I mean, we also belted the ball out of the park a bunch too. Didn’t need to play station to station ball

Texas State almost had a 2-run HR in the top of the 1st that bounced off the top of the wall in left but then somehow the runner from 1st got thrown out at 3rd.  Scoreless after top 1.
