Has Horton ever hit one of those dribble pull ups

I'm waiting for him to do anything positive.

This has to be one of the least athletic looking teams I've ever seen and they're pushing our shit in.

Looks can be deceiving.

(and we ain’t exactly the definition of athletic at a few positions)

These lineup combinations have been horrific.

Agreee.   Too many people who can't create and on floor at same time.   And our screen game is shit so that leads to wild 3s

Whoever brought in Horton and Onyema should be shown the door.

They are okay for 9th-10th men but shouldn’t be handed bigger roles unless they play sold defense and keep their offense very limited

This team is poorly coached on offense and defense.

On offense, it’s a simple 1:1 ball dribble with a few screens. It’s completely up to the player to win their 1:1 battle and score. That’s it.

On defense it’s also a 1:1 battle. There is rarely double-teaming. Backside help is rare, coordinated switch offs to help are rare. That’s why the back cuts are killing them.

It just points clear as day to the fact that the players don’t know where to go in certain situations. They’ve not been told how to recognize certain situations and react to them.

I fear we are doomed.

These things they should have learned in high school. The high screen defense is atrocious. At least they figured some offense out.

He's right.   But what can you do when the cake is in the oven.

BYU is one of the best offensive teams in the country. Just because they are white and wear headbands doesn’t mean they can’t play.

(yes, racism)
