Ice Cube Movie GIF

Sam Altman was asked about Musk's $97 billion bid for OpenAi.  Musk will prove his insecurity by turning the US government against Altman.

Altman: "..and they're trying to compete with us from a technological perspective. From, you know, getting the product into the market and I wish he would just compete by building a better product.  But I think there's been a lot of tactics, you know, many, many lawsuits, all sorts of other crazy stuff. Now this, and we'll try to just put our head down and keep working."

Interviewer: "Do you think Musk's approach then is from a position of insecurity about xAI?"

Altman: "Probably his whole life is from a position of insecurity. I feel for the guy."

Interviewer: "You feel for him?"

Altman: "I do, actually. I don't think he's like a happy person. I do feel for him."

Tech bro wars have begun.

What side is Joe Rogan on?

Anyone know how this $250M contribution worked? Like did Trump just tell Elrod Zelle me 250 large and I’ll just give you the keys to the govt computers?

Thank god we gave them all this power and eggs are super cheap again, right guys?

Low key one of the most destructive myths American culture developed was the idea that fascists made the trains run on time.

Actually, that's a legit story, and an interesting (and long-predicted) development.  Will be interesting to watch.

Do I trust Elon to do so in a transparent way that's not loaded with fuckery?  Of course not.  But it's still an interesting story.

Oh, I know it's legit. I just have little faith that it will work out the way Tesla wants it to.

Sure it will.  Elon paid $250 million to make sure it will.  The moment it starts to go sideways, Executive Order incoming, decreeing that all carmaker-sponsored insurance for EVs gets special treatment one way or another.

Say what you will about Elon, his $250 million investment in purchasing a president was one of the best investments I've ever seen.

This one's for the techies.

I had to look into it, because I'm not a techie but **every** relational database uses SQL.

Posting this vid of Apartheid Clyde for non CR purposes. He could not possibly be any dumber. Incredible.

An unelected private citizen standing behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office interrupting the president to say he doesn't think there should be a judicial branch is pretty fucking wild.

Here there be dragons.

Trump looks like he can only take so much.

But for me the kicker is talking about how the government employees get wealthy at the taxpayers expense. Um, Elon, how much do you get in grants and tax subsidies?

And I get it. Congress is full of this crap. But he is the king of it.

Elon -- who inherited his money -- has somehow forgotten about inheritances, and seems to not understand that there's a real estate market. What a dumb fucking moron. I'm not sure if he understands the difference between judiciary and bureaucracy - doesn't seem like it.

It’s crazy listening to an unelected bureaucrat argue for the elimination of others. It really sounds like he’s arguing for something much closer to a direct democracy, eliminating the judicial branch, and giving the executive branch the authority to nullify laws created by prior congresses, signed by prior presidents, that survived judicial challenge…

So the only way for us to save money in our government is to eliminate all the professionals in the executive branch that were put there by congress, presumably in order to make our government more responsive to the will of the people… and make the president a king? Cool cool cool

then his little lap dog Trump is like, “don’t forget that thing you made up that’s not nearly as important as anything you just said that will make dumb people mad!”

At this point it’s up to our judicial branch to stop this fuckery. Quite the test of our constitution…

Yeah, he don't understand the DC market. My dad still is pissed he did not buy in Arlington Heights back in 1990.

The way Donald turns away from the kid with pure disgust is actually kind of hilarious

Musk or his son?

Also, between the Hairy Balls joke and the circumcision and 69 jokes, and calling people retards, and being obsessed with video game scores, it’s pretty clear why Musk surrounds himself with teenagers and 20-somethings.  They are the only ones who understand him.

That’s not entirely true. They’re the only ones who are weak and pathetic enough to totally subjugate themselves to him without knowing it’s pathetic and having a glimmer of self-loathing show on their face. They actually ENJOY the taste of Elon’s cock.

It’ll take a couple years but trump is going to get sick of Elon. I was shocked Trump didn’t even fake a positive expression in that video, he just looks annoyed.

His team of neonazi incels is going to "audit" people even though nobody on his team is an accountant.

Uh, yeah Elon is a dumb lying taint.

The amount of SQL databases used by the U.S. government is staggering.

Anyone that takes Elon seriously in this DOGE effort is a fucking fool.
