Just pointing out your grievance posting the MAGA shibboleth of "we're being unfairly censored and banned on social media". Without actual real evidence to back your grievance, of course.

And that’s where you completely miss the mark.  Not my grievance, Ari Melber.  You know, the uber-conservative from that right wing network MSNBC?

Once again, real slow for you- Tell. It. To. Ari.

It coulda been stored on Carrot Top’s website - it was still Ari.   Take him to task big fella.

Getting back to the thread topic of Elon Musk, a majority of American's approve of his most recent venture:

Bonus:  Since readers seem to like for pics of women to be posted, here's one related to Elon Musk's actions.  For some it was a historic and emotional day.

Dust off the ole resume.

She's the one who was in charge of whose tweets to block. Pretty attractive but a little cross-eyed and high cray potential. But, I guess at least the cross-eyes could be wucked out of her.

Kicking people off Twitter, a private company, is something that “matches the law”. What the fuck is he saying? Countries that have laws limiting speech are not actually limiting “free speech”?

Elon, buddy, you’re great at a lot of stuff but maybe leave constitutional law to the lawyers

It just dawned on me, this is why people hate billionaires. It's a cheat code to ignore all the griping and complaining from people who disagree with you.

If you want to boil it down to the core, the only reason people hate a billionaire is jealousy.

Quote

Twitter may cost Elon Musk more than he was expecting, as Tesla investors digest the takeover news.

By the numbers: Tesla shares fell by more than 12% today, or $121.60 per share. That works out to nearly a $21 billion paper loss for Musk, which is the same amount he's personally committed to invest into the Twitter deal.

Be smart: It's not surprising that Tesla stock is down. Investors still haven't been told how involved Musk plans to be with the social network, but know it will take at least some of his attention away from the automaker.

I’d just assume that if Twitter wants to continue to sell ads and/or charge people to use their service steps will have to be made to keep it from being comparable to standing next to hog manure lagoon turning over in the spring. That’ll inevitably upset the folks that enjoy being constantly slathered in shit.

Getting back to the thread topic of Elon Musk, let's hear directly from the visionary/fraud/visionary fraud himself:

Reading the tea leaves, it sounds like he may be planning some personnel changes.

(You think she looks hot in a pink slip?)

I’m an old. Why does Twitter need an algorithm? If it’s all free speech, why can’t it be free of algorithms? Why can’t it let every search term come through without “enhancing” feeds based on what you like or dislike?

The short answer is money. Companies can’t pay to promote tweets with no algorithm.

It’s not free. That’s the point.

No to your first Q, and probably something like that to your 2nd

So free speech is free, but because of the algorithm it’s more like “free monitored speech” to create targeted content because of ads based on user activity?
