Elon Musk: Officially a fraud and piece of shit. Official or unofficial war criminal?

I don’t think Elon meant to nail it the way he did, but this is spot on. He found something good in himself, just deleted EVERYTHING, and like a computer you might run rm -rf on the system is “running” but everything is broken. It doesn’t run correctly.

I mean a normal person finds a virus on their system they either delete just the virus or they use software to remove it. Be surgical/smart. Not delete everything.

So, I think musk was dead on here.

I'm pretty sure that past the money the other primary basis of the Trump-Musk relationship is that Trump is getting older, maybe a bit sleepy at times and needs somebody else with a lot of attention on them to tweet and say wild-ass shit that keeps everybody distracted and arguing.

Security, weapons, comms?

Jesus.
He may actually be the stupidest man alive. I’m not kidding, because the Dunning Kruger is off the charts for him.
I mean…wind conditions alone (Texas doesn’t get 80 mph Santa Anna winds down canyons and slopes filled with homes) show him to be a complete fucking idiot.
He falls for anything that fits his increasingly deranged worldview. That’s it, that’s the extent of his intellectual inquiry.

Look man the Pacific Ocean is just like the Gulf of America.

Elon's idea of forests are the green pixels on a game map. There is no need for or meaning in old Köppen gibberish like Csb or Cfa.

Yeah, about that ... Elon Musk? A fraud? Who could have seen that coming?

More lying from Musk. This time claiming he’s one of the top 10 Diablo players in the world. This videos rips apart this assertion.  I've never played any game like this one, so I don't know shit about it, but the way these guys describe it and expose his fraud is hilarious. Elon making crazy claims about his gamer status is sooooo on-brand. Why is Elmo such a pathological liar?

A friend once told me something about Bobby Epstein at COTA that I believe applies to Elmo: 'He's a narcissist. He lies to get his way. He lies to get attention or to manipulate people. He lies when he doesn't need to lie. He even lies when he'd be better served by telling the truth. It's crazy'.

Warning: NERDS! (but really awesome nerds)

What. A. Dipshit. Also lulz at being protected from Chicago toughs toting Tommy guns. Also lots and lots of handgun cartridges are supersonic, including 115 grain 9mm. Probably the most common handgun cartridge out there.

Well yeah. You probably did this stuff. But in this case the security is dudes with rifles and such and more importantly eyes and ears, spread around to pick up threats. When a unit gets wiped TF out, it's almost always from skimping on this step.

Crew-served weapons being the big crankers where you want some sort of fire plan, figure out dead zones and how to make them uncomfortable.

The commo part shows when I learned it in the 90s where "setting up commo" involved voodoo chants at a PRC 77. I bolted to become an Austin Hippy before I got to play with anything newer but I imagine you'd seldom have it not turned on and ready.

All this would be happening simultaneously about 12 seconds after you have security set up.

But Elon doesn't know that. And so we mock him.

Canadians thought I was Canadian. One Mexican taxi driver thought I was Russian.

Lots of projection.  He’s scared of the world at large because he spends so much time on the internet listening to other lonely men who are scared of the world, so he assumes that the world is dangerous and that other people should also be scared.

If one needed to defend oneself INSIDE a Cybertruck— better to keep a trench knife embedded in the dash or to use an AR-15 so the rounds penetrate and don’t ricochet if you miss?

Elon hasn’t weighed in. Concerning.

On that Wifi thing - that sounds actually kind of useless for anyone. So you run a hot spot and drive around - people are in range for ... what 10 seconds? What are they going to do with that?

And on the bulletproof thing - WTF? Wasn't he selling that as being fully bulletproof and indestructible? Now it's been demoted to "subsonic rounds"? So Only useful to Health Insurance CEOs?

Yeah, sonic rounds are reserved for the CFO and CGO.

Bro, do you even Mac 11? In CQB specifically Cybertank, you gotta run a Cobray M11 with a bayonet. And if your not running a Streamlite and Trijicon MRO you might as well have NOOB tattooed on your forehead.

Bipod won't cross with the grenade launcher and in Cybertruck CQB best bet is a side mounted mini-stun gun. Just make sure you don't forget the bump stock and some hollow points with good knock down power. I'd suggest the XHeroMaga LeoMusk bullets with all brass core. That's what we used when I was in Seal Team 6.

If you told 20 year-old me that the world's richest man would spend large portions of his day hanging out on twitter and chatting with people, I would assume that twitter was some kind of 1-900 or 1-976 party line, and he'd be talking to people pretending to be supermodels or getting his fortune read, I would think "okay, that's a little weird, but the world's richest man could afford to hang out on a 1-900 or a 976 party line all day. He could probably even afford to hang out on The Sierra Network gaming setup all day" (I had to take a second job to pay for that shit, but I still love Sierra and you Ken and Roberta Williams).

But if you told me it was him typing messages to a lot of lonely men, Russians and AI-controlled bots, I'm picturing him on a BBS with a bunch of the older BBSers, a bunch of Yakhov Smirnovs, and things that sound like Dr. Sbaitso, or some weird-ass alt. usenet group.

This is what Honda has coming out.

The plan is to launch the 0 Series SUV and 0 Series "Saloon" sedan in North America in 2026, followed by global markets. Though still prototypes, the EVs will likely look similar to what Honda is showing today, perhaps with some minor tweaks plus various packages and trim options.

Honda will produce the 0 Series vehicles in Ohio, suggesting they would qualify for the $7,500 federal tax credit, just like the Prologue. However, that's only if President-elect Donald Trump abandons plans to kill the credit when he returns to the White House later this month.

--

Honda says it wants to establish "global leadership" in Level 3 self-driving, which is a step above the Level 2 systems offered today by Tesla, Ford, GM, and others.

The key difference with Level 3 is the driver can take their hands off the wheel and look away—no constant attention and eye contact required. Mercedes is currently the only automaker with an approved, Level 3 system in the US.

"The vehicle will oversee driving, which will enable a human driver to perform a 'second task' while en route to their destination, whether watching a movie or remotely joining a meeting," Honda says. The "eyes-off" system will first be available on highways before expanding to "all driving situations."

--

Honda Debuts '0 Series' EVs With New AI Chip, Level 3 Self-Driving | PCMag

But Honda isn't relying on Tesla to solve the EV-charging problem. It's teamed up with seven other automakers to create the IONNA charging network. It'll eventually offer 30,000 fast-charging stations in public areas by 2030. Combined with the roughly 18,000 Superchargers available to non-Teslas, plus other networks, Honda expects 0 Series drivers will have access to "more than 100,000 charging stations by 2030."

Honda views 0 Series cars as "virtual power plants." The cars can charge themselves at times when energy usage is lowest and sell back energy to the public power grid when electricity costs are high, "thereby wisely managing the entire household's electricity bill."

I don't think they know what subsonic ammo is.. bonus!

For the record if there are any Cybertank owners on Surly, I'll supply the subsonic ammo, land and rifles for testing purposes. Hell, let me take a few shots and I'll throw a can on there so you can shoot it "silently".

That shit scares me, not because of the tech failing in and of itself. I work in tech and what end users can go to in order to create failures in technology is absolutely mind bottling. So much so that it's sometimes impossible to figure out what they did or how to fix it.
