Fuck yeah.  Nice work Ldogg.  Love that pick table!

That fucking project took longer than I expected but I like how it came out.  Found a cheap table with a lip. Painted it. Glued down a fuckton of picks and then epoxied it in.

Now i’m trying to figure out how to do the other side table.  May have to build a little frame for the album and epoxy that in and then screw it to the base from below.

Same auction place that's doing SRV's first pro guitar has a lot of vintage music posters on auction ending April 15th. I bet a lot of these will go for semi-affordable prices. I'm posting some that caught my eye.

I worked in a frame shop in high school and used to frame all my posters. They’re all at my parents house (assuming they haven’t been trashed after 20+ yrs) and I was thinking recently of getting them back. All the good ones are Pearl Jam. See if I can get pics.

Probably doesn't count, but here are a couple I made for King's X, unofficial street team posters, back in the day.

Definitely counts. I think I was at that Ogre Tones show. King's X has to be one of the best bands that never really made it big.

Saw The Ghost Wolves last night here in Portland. Carley (singer/guitarist) told me that she just learned to block print and made this herself.60d84df8d3ec2d14e16f8c093aac3cbb.jpg

First psych fest. The port o shitters were overflowing and the cops tried to shut it down during the black angels' set. The short lived burnet rd music scene.

Just got this signed Uncle Charlie promo poster (posters?) with both versions of his design and uncut. I had to get this - best concert I've ever been to. Will post pics when I get it framed. The photo below is off ebay.

These are all waiting for frames.

Question. Why does every concert poster have to be some custom size so you can't just by a standard frame?

Anybody have a good source for frames? I've found a fee things online, but they usually end up near what a local shop could do it for. a1653af9b7e5e88616fbd761a7d69ed1.jpg

I do the build a frames at hobby lobby. Each piece come in 1” increments. With glass, it ends up being around $35 a frame. Amazon has odd sizes and they’re cheap but I haven’t pulled the trigger on any of those yet.
