you might double check your information. Fangraphs has the Rangers bullpen at 4.96 ERA. 23/30.

thanks for the correction, my #s were total pitching ERA.  doesn't change the fact though that we didn't exactly sit on our laurels this offseason wrt bullpen improvements.

btw.. 4.96 ERA has us 15th out of 30.  dead in the middle.

Who was the last SP prospect that gave us this much hope? Chi Chi?
Hearn? Hans Crouse? Hearn had about the same hypothetical ceiling as Jack. Crouse a little lower.

wasn't his ceiling a #2 or #3? in any case i woke up excited today for first pitch.  i know i didn't wake up excited when hearn made his first appearance.
