Such terrible pitch selection on a guy that is Uber aggressive at the plate (after what he showed last AB swgining on 3-0 last AB and then on a not great 3-1 pitch)

Or blame the execution. Not good

Boy, he just barely missed his spot. That’s a really good pitch. Just a better hit. Props to Seager

I could have hit that ball out. With a toothpick.

In similar news, I'm over 50 and under 6' even I could take Chris Mihm in one-on-one half court.

3putt and Wulaw waking up with boners.

I’ve given up on Whitley ever being a part of this organization. They’d rather dumpster dive for shitheads that Yankees fans throw parades for when leaving than just call him up and give him a reasonable shot.
Whatever.

Hopefully they squeeze some more magic sauce out of Yusei today because he hasn't fared too well against the Rangers lineup the last two times he faced them: 11 runs allowed 13 hits 3 HRs 8 K 4 BBs

This whole Tucker thing is turning into a Brian’s Song type deal.

who will play Tuck in the movie my vote is Alexander Caan.

I imaging some sort of big push into the playoffs where he continues his earlier pace / he’s on fire.

He’ll likely get dinged up or something in the playoffs only to do his best Kirk Gibson impression.

If Tucker is actually pain free then he should be out on a rehab assignment asap. The fact he isn't suggests to me that they're concerned about a potential fracture in the event of him returning too soon. Or it was actually fractured in the first place, though i think it was a bad bone bruise.

Definitely weird. Don't want to think a player of his stature would be overly cautious about playing, but at various times it's seemed that maybe he's dialed back his fielding effort with free agency approaching. Regardless, we need that bat in the lineup. DH him if you must.

We have to be either last, or very close to it, in risp left on base.
Blum/Kalas said we were next to last to the fucking shithead White Sox in something....maybe OPS with bases loaded I don't even remember....but if the only team you are ahead of is those dudes then you should rethink your strategy/lineup/hitting coach
