A family member is wanting to make a slight modification to their homesite.  Home was built in the 1930s so there are no surveys.  Zoning commission says a survey is not required, but a reasonable drawing and/or facsimile of site is acceptable.

The county does not have good site data (other than lot measurements.  Family member has done the lot, homesite, etc. measurements and would like to just drop it into a doc/form/etc. for use.

Google search returns a few, but I am curious if anyone has used anything they'd recommend.

Bluebeam is probably best for non cad users.  It’s very easy to set scales, measure, and draw to scale.  Obviously if you can use AutoCad or Micro Station but you wouldn’t be asking if you can use those.
