NBA twitter once upon a time was ready to write Ant Edwards off when he said basketball was more of a job than a passion

Soccer fans were apoplectic when Ben White turned down the England national team essentially because for him it felt like just more time at the office. Still an excellent professional player for Arsenal.

And Austin even named a boulevard after him.

Jalon Walker at #5 overall is higher than I've seen anyone else list him. He's on the small side at 6'1, 240, and a lot of people have concerns if he can hold up at edge full time. I assume Jeremiah thinks he can in order to have him #5 overall. Walker can also be useful at off-ball LB, but he's not good enough to get #5 overall there. Someone like Flores could move him all over and make great use out of him, but top 5 guys usually have a clear position and don't need exotic scheming to be great.

Jeremiah has Golden as his #1 WR, #16 overall. TMac is #2 at #18 overall.

He has Barron at #11, down 3 spots from last ranking. Any pick in the top 15 would be a great outcome for Jahdae.

Banks is down to #31, but Jeremiah says he can stick at LT. Kind of a weird eval. Most of the time Banks drops it's due to evaluators thinking he's a G. I'm not sure I've seen anyone else say he can stick at LT and having him nearly that low.

I think the OZ teams could especially draft Banks in the teens (SF, Miami, Seattle, Atlanta). I know one person in the agent world thinks that he won't make it past Green Bay, but they're the biggest sticklers at positional measurables thresholds by rounds, and I'm not sure if he checks all their boxes. Minnesota really needs a tackle. Houston could do a minor trade up to get ahead of Green Bay and Minnesota for one of the tackles (Banks, Simmons, Conerly Jr), but I wouldn't want to trade one of their 3rd rounders to do so

Are you saying Minnesota needs tackles because of Darrisaw recovering from ACL injury?  Because Darrisaw and O'Neill are a great tackle duo.  I would say they need to improve their IOL.  They did have 2 big free agent signings on the inside though.  I think Minnesota goes defense with their pick.

As for Green Bay, I'm not sure.  I thought they had a good OL already but am not following their losses via free agency.

Banks going to Houston would be great for both sides.  I'm hoping as a Longhorn fan that he guys much earlier though.
