Red card overturned and ban rescinded. Someone finally had some sense.

Get properly fucked, Michael Oliver.

“Arsenal have won their appeal against Myles Lewis-Skelly’s red card at Wolves. The Football Association said an ‘independent regulatory commission has upheld the claim of wrongful dismissal’ and removed his three-match ban.”

I don't keep up much with the officiating appeals process and didn't realize/remember that an independent group reviewed these things.    I figured it was a PGMOL circle jerk.    But boy does PGMOL look like absolute buffoons now, cant wait for their statement apologizing...

Correct. Appeals are under the auspices of The FA and PGMOL has nothing to do with it.

How quickly they doubled down on Oliver’s decision was pathetic and expected. Arrive at the correct decision? No. Back up and do absolutely everything possible to “not embarrass our mates”? Absolutely.

jorginho penalty. needed it. from what i’ve read our next opponent is far more likely to be weak with a win than with a draw or a loss. we’re talking the difference between a no-name team vs facing bayern or madrid. let’s go.

nwaneri plays with such languid insouciance, he reminds me of ozil in that sense. that is, until he give his defender that little speed burst to fly right by him and then thunder one into the back of the net. reminds me of a certain starboy when he does that.

Girona are owned by 115 FC, after all. I would be surprised if done shithousery wasn’t attempted.

i was rooting for him to have a good day today but he squandered multiple opportunities to create/score goals. he just looks like a shell of his former self.

Man, Sterling needed to score that penalty just as badly as Kai did when Ødegaard handed him the ball at Bournemouth last season. His confidence is absolutely shot rn

Seeing as we aren’t signing anyone this window, we have five players for three forward positions, one of which is him. We’re going to need him to produce something.

Tim and Mustoe both pick us to win today. But they also said if we lose then the title race is over. Hard to disagree.

So let’s beat these fucks. COYG!

Wow, never seen those warm up jackets with the big "A" before.  Is that new?

Edit: that font is out of control.  I wonder what the rest of the letters look like.
