Game changer.  The thing that was the most disappointing for my wife once she learned of her diagnosis was the fact that she could no longer eat traditional pasta.  Well, I found one made from sourdough, and it's sold locally at Whole Foods.  We did a simple test run last night -- spaghetti with Italian sausage and a jar of Rao's Arrabiata Marinara sauce.  It was delicious, and there was no perceptible sourdough flavor.  Her blood sugar didn't spike.  It's too bad they don't make lasagna, fettucine or pappardelle noodles, but beggars can't be choosers.
