If people who literally will never get a chance to ask me these questions publicly were to ask them I would react differently.

Yep. He’s losing it. I don’t know why this is a big story. He was an ass but he and his team are a joke. Who cares.

Who the fuck listens to radio anymore at all?

I stream the ticket for about 2 hours a day and catch up on their podcasts when I miss. There’s probably a million like me. So, a shitload. Granted it’s probably better than your Gainesville garbage.

You stream it, I’m talking about radio. nobody listens to radio anymore. I guess it’s a podcast too like most things.

He’s a thin skinned piece of shit and hates it when people don’t bow down to him...People like him are why the college game is 1000x better than the nfl.

So, like half the college football coaches. Yeah, it's so different.

Old man skip bayless is saying cowboys should tank season, draft sanders at qb then hire caoch prime and that'd be a super bowl bet for future

Former Cowboys QB Troy Aikman on @dfwticket on Dallas' wide receivers: "I think the routes are terrible. I think they run terrible routes. And I've thought that beyond this year. I think CeeDee (Lamb) has got to improve in his route running. As a quarterback, if you're not certain where guys are going to be consistently, it's hard to play the position. That's what I see. I see guys lazy coming off the line of scrimmage. Sometimes they run, usually if they do, it's because they're anticipating they're going to get the football on that play, but if they're not, they don't. And it all ties together. I'm not impressed with that part of it.

"I just finished watching the Baltimore Ravens because I have them this week. You put on film of theirs and watch their receivers run routes and they come off the football, so does San Francisco's and Green Bay's and others. But it's hard to play the (QB) position if you're not certain how guys are going to run routes or where they're going to be. And I'm not speaking for Dak (Prescott). Dak may say, 'Hey, I think (their routes) are amazing.' But as a former quarterback watching it, it's gotta get a lot better."

McCarthy sure looks like a fat, lazy, undisciplined fuck, so it's not too surprising his team takes after him. You never saw that kind of bullshit from Jimmy J.

But yeah, tank the fucking season. Get a couple of real stars in here. And of course, get a star coach. That's the hang, because Jerry thinks coaches shouldn't be paid what the market is telling everybody they should. Jerry's just a sour old goat - one they can't get rid of. What does he love more than the Cowboys? Money Money Money (and maybe Dak Prescott). That's why he got mad on air - because he knows for a fact that it's his own cheap (and with his re-signing of Dak, stupid) ass that is the real problem with this team. He's mad because it and his willingness to accept mediocrity have been exposed. He is a stain on this Franchise.

I think he loves himself more than money.  He needs to be right.  He needs to be in control.  He needs the praise and recognition for doing a job well done.  At this point more money doesn't make a difference in his life or his grandkids' lives. In his mind if he can win one more superbowl it will validate him as a football god.

a mike mccarthy team is lazy and undisciplined, no wai

Jerrys fault. McCarthy and his staff are lame ducks. Why should CeeDee or anyone else listen to them? Lamb got a new contract and he gets the most targets in the league.

I think McCarthy could still be a decent coach but needs a functioning front office. I think he is the best coach they could get. With that being said, too often they get blown out early. Gameplanning seems suspect.

I havent followed this thread much, but the offseason moves this year were pitiful. They didnt improve their running game on either side of the ball. You sign Dak last minute. Why? His strength is playaction passing. The team cant run. You sign CeeDee Lamb longterm. Why? Seems like you want to rebuild and there are waves of talented receivers coming from college.

So short clip from Bayless' new podcast comparing Staubach/Dorsett to Aikman/Smith to other QB/RB combos in history and today. And FWIW, I think Bayless ate a little humble pie after the OU debacle. You can hate him all you want, but he loves the Cowboys

Bayless is a fucktard and so are you.

BuT ThE SaLaRy cAp

The NFL salary cap to me is basically an Enron accounting book. Nobody else seems to cry about it all the time and we always seem to sign people when they come up. Jerry sucks because he's a dumb piece of human garbage and no coach with any sort of real ability wants to work for him so his teams will always fail as long as he's managing things. He could hire a GM, win a SB, and people would give him the praise he so desparately wants, but he'd have to share it with the GM and HC and he just can't have that, he'd rather watch this shit. Fuck him. DIAF you old bitch.

He loves bragging about how much money he's made for everyone though. Like how tone deaf do you have to be.

Sounds like Tua might want a fresh start and he's much better than Dak

His latest Tweet sounds like he might be interested:

"Ready to play, with the fresh trees and sunshine all working.
It's good day and we shoot the ball. Is that puppy? I like eggs. My ears, my eyes, my nose and legs.
Hello, hello, can you see it now? I see it now.
Bounce bounce baby bounce."

He wouldn't be having a career year because the OL is shit, but he would be doing light years better than the current running backs.

Few teams gave Henry a look.  Where’s the criticism of the titans for letting him go?

henry is 30, high mileage, and had two declining years.  Most teams saw him as washed up.   Titans let him go.

I don’t blame the Cowboys for passing.  I would sign jim brown to a second contract much less a third.  Recency bias abounds but no one including the ravens anticipated this season.  They didn’t use him right the first two games.  The big factor in this is Lamar; he changes how defenses have to play Henry.  That certainly doesn’t exist for Fak.  He ain’t going to run.

Jerrah is back on The Fan. And he’s back to looking like an incompetent fool.

I mean, he's not wrong.  We run a West Coast Offense.  Dictionary:

The West Coast offense is a football offensive strategy that emphasizes passing over running.

Our bigger problem is missing Bland, Carson, Sam Williams, Micah, Kneeland coupled with a young o-line and a middling, overpaid QB.
