And I come back just in time to see Jaleel Mclaughlin has a TD while Javonte Williams has a fumble.

Still waiting for my first TD from someone not named Stefon Diggs.

Oh you would have thrown a brick through your TV.

Javonte has turned into basically their 2nd down pass catching back.

Aaand massive pussy Derek Carr squeezes in an INT to end his pathetic day!

Spent most of Wednesday to Saturday pissed my opponent picked him up for the offensive FLEX position. Not so upset Sunday - didn't even score 8 points.  My opponent had Hurts (lol), Carr (lol), Hill (lol), Pitts (lol) and Fairbairn (lol)

Thank god for Dak, Gibbs, Rashee Rice and Goff.  And I left huge points on my bench - Montgomery and Hubbard.

I had 2 players break double digits this week.  Two (Mason and Godwin).  Previous 2 weeks I scored 140+ each week.  This week I got 68.  My bench scored 69 (nice).

Time to bench every Dolphins player.  Without Tua their offense is trash.

I got a combined 1 pt out of Andrews/Shaheed/Fairbairn and somehow still eeked out a win (thanks to Allen and K Williams). but I got stomped in my other league by putting up a whopping 70 pts. I thought Stroud was gonna be a difference maker, lulz.

I think there’s a reverse dunning kruger thing with fantasy where there’s a very low peak for how much you need to understand to maximize your odds for success, and once you move past that peak and continue to learn new information you start to do things like pick Derek Carr as your qb.

Derek Carr should definitely be rostered now in almost every league based on the first three weeks, whereas before he was going undrafted in 12 team leagues I’m guessing.

You’re not going to play him over Mahomes, Allen, etc. but if I had relied on someone like Trevor Lawrence pre-draft then yeah, Carr could start for me.

I re-learned the lesson to just make the decision you can live with. Not the one that will still piss you off three days later. It was either Purdy or Dak all week until Sunday morning when I see Derek Recarrd available. I was even playing the guy who dropped Dak and kinda wanted to start Dak for the lols. But no, decided to get cute with the eyeliner avenger after looking at the rankings and matchups.

Carr probably falls off a cliff now with the O line injuries. The Saints also just don't want to throw a lot. Those week 1&2 efficiency numbers were probably a fluke.

Shakir worked out well for me. This week’s candidate for my ailing WR corps is Diontae Johnson. I thought about Jennings but he’s been defacto WR1 before and not produced much. Moot point anyways as someone snagged him with a higher waiver.

Need help with a proposed trade.

I've got Joe Burrow and Justin Jefferson, and I've been offered Ja'Marr Chase in exchange for Jefferson. It's a .5PPR league.

Normally I would jump on the opportunity to stack the points between my QB and his #1 WR, but I am a little apprehensive about it in this instance. I don't know whether we should trust the Bengals much this year - feels to me like the kind of decision that's ripe for a lot of second guessing in the future.

Any thoughts?

You traded Terry for two JAGs?

I'm stacked rn at back/receiver and don't trust McLaurin week-to-week w a rookie QB. Wanted some fun options at TE/RB going forward. Williams is great injury insurance, too.

On paper I probably took an L but I think it's going to wind up working for my team.

I dropped a depth WR to pick up Ertz. Drafted Andrews relatively early but can’t start him until he starts running routes.

Picked up Odunze yesterday for depth because he was available.  And now I have to start him because the Raiders are benching Davante.

I have Richardson and Goff for QB (neither is great, neither is bad).  Debating dropping one of those for a TE, but the only guys available at TE are averaging ~5 points a week.

1 qb league? How many teams? Not sure Goff is that much better than what’s on the waiver wire in a 1 qb league with 12 or less teams.

12 teams, 1 QB. I picked up Goff when Tua went down.  Richardson has been my starter but he's sucked since week 1.

Yeah, I might.  As of today, I can get Darnold, Geno or Stafford.  Do I really want to start Richardson again, though?  Especially against the Steelers D? Goff will probably score more this week but Richardson has a higher ceiling.

I've also got DHop on my bench but don't want to drop him yet.

Hopkins is washed. That’s who I would drop. Tennessee doesn’t have a QB either.

I’d take Darnold over Goff rest of season and this week.

He had 19 points last week.  I'm not convinced he's washed yet.  And when he's good, he's amazing. I want to see if he can come back to be full speed.

Darnold has been great this year, but I'm having a hard time getting over the rest of his career. But yeah, I probably need to ditch Goff for a TE.

Would rather have Geno or Darnold than Goff, but Goff has a decent matchup this week

I hear you, but available TEs are Kraft, Parkinson, Taysom Hill, Conklin.  A whole bunch of shit.

Hill is a shot in the dark with Kamara banged up. Conklin would be second choice
