They weren't getting much business at GA game.

Well CDC told them they were not allowed to bring the stripper pole anymore :(

So is there a tailgate tomorrow? Our Florida friends are in town but decided to not get tickets. Is the Surly tailgate an option for the four of us to tailgate and watch the game? I forget the cost.

Yes
Yes
Donations I think it was $40 for Georgia because of time of day and alcohol purchased but usually $20 IIRC

I remember Retarted Elf playing Liberty Lunch, so yeah, I'm old too.

Not sure why, but young Dixon really wanted to have sexy time with that RE chick.  I'm guessing she was nowhere near as hot as I remember her, and I don't want to look it up and ruin my memories.

I mean Store->Tailgate at the top of every single page isn't exactly rocket science.

It went off great!

@DanTheHorn is the true MVP of the whole thing.

Let's all pitch in some effort for the next one. It doesn't take much. Just one thing like paper towels, sporks, maybe some cookies.

Whatever.

Expecting @immamac to do it all is straight up bullshit.

Let's fucking go!

Just part of a team today, all that helped did their part. Had a great time today.

CSB time.   My buddy’s band opened for them a few times in small little places.  His bassist had to miss a show for some reason and I played an extremely mediocre bass.   Get a last second call, I drive to San Marcos, and play poorly in front of 17 people to open for RE.

The last show I ever saw at Liberty Lunch was GWAR two weeks to the day after I graduated from UT.  I flew to Europe 6 days later and by the time I made it back to Austin LL was closed :(

I have tickets to the Kentucky game, will be attending with my old man and son.  Probably going to try to tailgate a bit before heading into the game.  Where do people park nowadays?  They bulldozed my preferred garage, and the pizza joint I used to park at died from COVID.

This is what I always do:

If we want this to keep rolling we have got to pitch in as much as we can.

It's a great time, but it costs a lot of time and money.

Santa isn't just dropping this event out of his ass.

So come on! Let's keep the dream alive!
