Georgia has trouble with mobile QBs. Back when we beat them in the sugar bowl, Ehlinger had 64 yards rushing and three tds

They are very susceptible across the middle as well. Something that was available to us

How the fuck did we get beaten by these undisciplined jabronis?

Not to open a can of worms, but GTech's Oline is playing better than ours did, and their QB is playing 5 levels above what ours did that night.

It’s a meaningless game for them … other than statewide pride

Except it’s not. If they win, they are in the playoff regardless of what happens next week. If they lose this, they have to win the SEC championship

Or Beck will start throwing picks

Yep, if GT has the tape from the Bama game, they know what he does.
Underthrows everything for “back shoulder” or pass interference.

When the db just plays aggressive it’s a pick.

UGA is still getting pressure. The difference is King isn't melting down and running into defenders at the edge of the pocket because of it.

Also doesn’t go down on first contact.

And when pressure was right in the face of King, his pass over the middle to the TE was caught for first-and-goal. In the same situation, Quinn's to the RB was dropped. 😡

It was absolutely the right play. They had zero timeouts. Without clocking it, they would have only gotten 2 more plays

They had 45 seconds at the 5 yard line. Easily could’ve called a pass, if it goes incomplete you have at least 35 on the clock. If it’s completed but short of the end zone, depending on what yard line they’re on then maybe you spike it to give yourself 2 more plays with around 20-30 seconds left. But spiking it there on first down pretty much locks you into going for it on 4th to make that move worth it. I’d rather get 4 shots at the endzone than 3 and if you take a sack or lose yards after spiking it on first, then you’ll have to spike it again and you’d only have given yourself 1 shot for the TD bc then you have to kick it.

I hate to bring this up but if Georgia loses tonight when we win tomorrow that means we get “back against the wall” Georgia.

They have been in that position twice this season and showed up and soundly defeated both UTs in those situations.

I think this Georgia team has focus issues.  I’d rather tonight not refocus them like Bama and Ole Miss did.

If Georgia loses, we would be the only thing saving the SEC from having a 3-loss champion.

Why does anyone on this board give a flying fuck how many sec teams get in the playoffs?

I can only imagine it's anxiety that we won't be one of them.
