Congratulations on the division title. I’d rest everybody “within NFL guidelines” and use the remaining weeks as a working bye. They can’t really improve their seeding with 5 losses. I’m sure the order has come down that everybody plays on Netflix. I’d tell Taylor Swift and company to eat shit on Saturday. Start Mills.

Mahomes suffered a high ankle sprain in today’s game. The Chiefs have little incentive to push him to play against us on Saturday.

zero. sit him until the playoffs

We could pass the Steelers/Ravens, especially if KC sits Mahomes next game against us. Our offense isnt exactly firing on cylinders, if the plan is to sit CJ for the next 3 weeks.

Sure. Rest Chiefs. Everybody plays Ravens. Some of kind hybrid against the Titans depending on what we need.

I’m sure 790, 610, and 975 will talk this subject into the ground this week.

They’re in the tournament and will have a home game. Given the injuries and the terrible OL play, it’s a great accomplishment.

If they can somehow shore up the OL next year, they will be legit contenders. I think they can still win a home playoff game and then have a chance in the Division Round on the road. Maybe this new configuration gels for the playoffs?

And nearly as many people cried about taking him as Stingley….

I don't remember people complaining about drafting Bullock

I don't see DeMeco "resting" anyone at this point who can play. It's not in his DNA. Maybe against Tennessee if the seeds are locked in

If you're able to, you want to avoid Baltimore in the first round since they're by far the most dangerous potential wildcard team, but moving up a seed doesn't necessarily mean you're avoiding them since they have the same record as Denver, assuming they don't pass up Pittsburgh

I think most of the bitching was comparing our first round to the Jets. They got Sauce, Garrett Wilson, and traded back in for Jermaine Johnson (and then nabbed Breece Hall a pick before us in early 2nd round). We got an oft-injured Stingley, aggy Green, and Pitre. You can give Caserio credit for taking the more talented Stingley, but give him heaps of blame for going aggy over Jordan Davis or Kyle Hamilton, or not trading up a couple spots for Wilson or Olave.

We’re really lucky he didn’t grab Evan Neal at #3, which a lot of mocks had. He might (somehow) be an even bigger bust than aggy…

The biggest difference has been between Stingley’s ears. He had some off field “distractions” and early last year some teammates and coaches had to sit him down and question his committment. One of the injuries was actually a benching. The man has matured.

Meanwhile Pitre is with the same girl since middle school.

This is the third time recently I've heard Nate Tice criticize the Texans' OL coach on his podcast, but while the first two were more questioning their play, this third one he straight up said the OL is poorly coached. He said their rules suck, there hasn't been development, and you've seen veterans regress

Slowik is killing us with these quick screen calls

He's trying to set up a WR screen pass, but it's not worth it if it keeps setting your offense back
