You 100% build this team around Amen and Sengun. Green is a trade chip after this season to add another more consistent rotational player.

Or maybe he continues to play the way he has now for 2 months and trading him would be dumb.

Wait and see I guess...

I’d probably let Jalen Green play out his contract before I dealt him.

Lindale and a second for Robert Williams III is the only trade rumor I’ve seen that makes sense.

Y'all do realize who you're talking to right..... The #1 president of the Jalen Green haters club.  I'm curious what dirt Jalen has on him...

The team has several contracts to work with to improve the roster:
Adams 12.6m
Landale 8m
Jeff Green 8m
Tate 7.565m
Holiday 4.66m

That's up to 40m to work with in expiring/non-guaranteed contracts that will be attractive to any team looking to drop future salary. None of those impact your top 8 rotational players either, so why not go make a move with that and a late 1st to get another player?  It doesn't have to be a big swing like Jimmy Butler, it could be a rotational player or 3 point shooter to help add some depth.

The Ringer’s Grizzlies guy melting down over the smooth ass kicking the Knicks handed them + Brooks hitting 10 3’s was pretty great. The Mismatch from today.

Thursday will be interesting. Grizzlies fan is pinning all of their hopes on beating the Rockets. Basically the Grizzlies will go from sleeper contender (regarded) to maybe this team has holes if they lose. I don’t see it, that roster is middling at best. Morant, Jaren Jackson, Bane, and random journeymen. The fact that this asshole thinks they have pieces to trade is laughable.

Team is a title contender this season. If there is a trade that gets you a ring you make it.

And maybe they are a title contender if they don't make a trade. We have already seen some issues with Whitmore. Adding another player to the rotation probably isnt helping that. Also, maybe Jabari is the late addition. It looks the Chef Ime has got the ingredients already. They are all like 22. They are not going anywhere.

Reports are coming out now that De'aaron Fox is available in trade, but his agent is Rich Paul, and they have indicated he prefers to go to the Spurs. They are open to other teams too, but we have seen how that has played out for his other clients in the past.  Fox is making 34m this year and 37m next, which makes him gettable with some smaller pieces+picks, but I'm not sure this team really needs him.  I think the Rockets need to be in that bidding process to run up the cost for the Spurs or whoever gets him, but I don't know if he's the right guy for this team. I feel like this team would get him a lot better shots and improve his efficiency quite a bit, making his decline this year moot.

If they wanted to try and get him, they could do a package like this to send out the salary needed without touching the core of this team. Need to attach probably 3-4 future FRPs to go with it, but the Rockets have plenty of those. You could also throw in Adams and swap Fox for Sabonis if the Kings really want to blow it all up, but that would cost a lot more. I'm not sure what the Kings are doing, because they have a lot of assets, and they won't be getting anyone that helps them win-now in return for Fox.

This with picks is probably reasonable:

This with lots of picks is a win-now championship level trade:

I’m still shocked they went with the double tech, but it’s nice to see they factored in the instigator. Trae chirped the entire 4th qtr and then followed Dillon around for almost ten seconds after the late foul call, shoulder checking him along the way, before Dillon reacted and grabbed the back of his neck. Given Dillon’s history, I don’t think you can boldly say that Trae started it, but he wasn’t exactly innocent.
