If the miracle happens and the Rockets get the number one pick…..

Trade it for a superstar?

Draft Flagg, then who from the current roster is traded?

the nba track record on over hyped white duke players is very very sketchy

a top 4 pick would be amazing and highly trade-able

I mean, the sample size for top 5 picks is, what, Danny Ferry and Christian Laettner (who was a several time all star) >30 years ago?  I'd suggest Redick, Grayson Allen, and even Luke Kennard outplayed their draft position over the course of their career.

The Suns will listen to Durant trade offers, but Ishbia is a full regard. I’d offer them FVV for to match salaries and give them their picks. Hang up the phone if they ask for more.

I think that's paying too much for KD. Booker, sure I would do that, but KD at this point is old, unreliable and a malcontent that can sour a locker room if he gets sad. He ain't worth the risk for the price the Suns want.

FVV + their 2025 pick. Throw in some second rounders if they want

I'd go as far as to add Whitmore to that.  i would ideally try to build the package around brooks' contract but it's tough to get to KD's cap # without including FVV.  but no, phoenix does not get all of their picks back for 1 year of $54 million, 37 year old KD.

I think KD needs to get involved and pick a team. Ishbia, again a regard, is going to set the price so high that I doubt a trade gets done before the draft.

The guy has said on numerous occasions that he doesn’t believe in rebuilding, thinks tanking is dumb and fans that support their team tanking are losers. If he’s not already the worst owner in the NBA, he’s certainly in the discussion.

The Houston Rockets are the favorites to land Kevin Durant, per @BovadaOfficial

Houston Rockets +120
Golden State Warriors +325
San Antonio Spurs +325
Minnesota Timberwolves +700
New York Knicks +700
Miami Heat +700

The Adams made a pretty solid point on the drive hike today. The Suns aren’t the only that shit the bed, and the Rockets should engage with other teams.

Who might be available? My top guys are Maxey and Haliburton.

No thanks on Harden 2.0.

I think Philly regardly runs it back with a high draft pick, so no Maxey.

Pacers probably win a playoff series, so I doubt they’d deal Haliburron, but they’re such a small market team, you never know. They might want to go full OKC.

No thanks on Zion. Fat and never available.

I’d take Booker for the 3 picks, and I’d listen if the Jazz offered Markkanen.

Yikes this guy saying that? Whole team fouls constantly and plays as dirty as possible both ends of the floor.

Playoff Jimmy Butler + Curry + Draymond get the 7 seed. They might just be the most dangerous 7 seed ever? Really unfortunate luck for the team that earned the 2 seed in the West. I wonder who the sportsbooks will favor.

This isn’t the same Warriors team. We have several guys (one special one) who we can throw at Steph over a 7-game series. Unless Hield and/or Podzieski just go crazy we’ll wear’em down eventually!

Admittedly, I'm still scarred from the Harden era matchups against the Warriors. I hope you're right and we can exorcise some demons this series.
